It was bad experience, after waiting awhile receptions checking email that i've booked, they were like frustrated because it'was holiday time and the booking took place a week before. The prize of that time may be much higher. In the end, they give us a tiny room in the roof, no elevator. It's completely difference the room on their ads. And renting motorbike service is bad too, they asked me driver licence (i've never been asked for renting motorbike before). They try to ripped me off by applying full day prize for half-day renting. I've never came back

The room is very small, only bed. No desk. TV is very old, remote control can't use. The room was smelly. The toilet is so you can only stand for take shower, very small. The room's key is so funny, not same room's key of another room. Key with a sticker number of room. When I check in, the staff ask so many question. About staff, the girl is so friendly and helpful but the boy in evening shift is so bad. When I ask for the room key he said with me "nè", what wrong with him? Because I'm waiting for long time and call many time no body in front desk. I was angry about that. But location is okie, WiFi and hot water is so good.

Actually, for the first time, I was satisfied when I booked a good room, highly recommended. New room, spacious, house is clean and beautiful, view overlooking the market, central location, close to everywhere, the cleaning lady is very nice. There is a slight inconvenience when going up and down the elevator and having to scan the room card. But it's acceptable. 10d
