The room was clean, a bit less light, but the day I stayed, there was no staff to clean the room, the rest everything was ok. I stay in many other hotels that charge extra fees, but here there is no extra charge. Each room is a bit lacking in light. Will stay here often because often go to Hanoi

I stayed there for a few hours, so I got the flexibility to check in early. I booked a small room but because their room is out of room, they should be uploaded to a big room without charge. Clean rooms, nice decoration, full hotel utensils. There is air conditioning, water is evaporated, expect the hotel to remedy early. Overall is very satisfied

The room is quite small and cramped, many old used items, only one hanger. I only took 4:30 extra hours compared to the prescribed time, the staff said that the half-day surcharge was 165k, but it was up to 200k. Polite reception but not friendly!

Clean room, fully equipped, well, my room does not have a hair dryer, just like the picture on traveloka. Will be back in the next vacation, the only minus point is that there is no parking space left ok

The hotel is located in the lane but the car is in place, the outside is wider and more beautiful on the picture. However, the staff is somewhat reluctant to work, and when waiting for a long time, there is a receptionist. When the check-out guests did not return the passport to the guests, I sat in the lobby waiting for the car for a long time but still did not give it, thankfully I had an ID card to go to the plane, not to postpone the ticket. That I think the responsibility belongs to the staff!
