VATC SleepPod - Terminal 1

Dear Mr Siswanto, On behalf of the VATC SleepPod, I would like to send you a respectful greeting and a sincere thanks for choosing our sleep pod service (or VATC SleepPod) during your stay in Hanoi. Thank you so much for sharing your experiences with us about your recent stay in Noi Bai Airport, Hanoi, Vietnam. We were sorry to hear that your stay at our establishment did not meet your expectations. In your letter, you stated that our service did not have a bathroom. Unfortunately, there was no space that we could rent and set up an independent bathroom facility for our guests use near to the pods. Whilst the pods are very convenient and comfortable, regrettably, they cannot have a bathroom service. They are primarily suitable for short stays and that's a reason in all online travel agents that we use to sell our sleep pod service we published this information: “The bathroom is not available on our property; the Shared toilet is available in the airport”. We hope in the future, the airport authority will make some renovations so that we can have a space to provide a bathroom service dedicated to our valuable guests. All of the discomfort she encountered was not what the SleepPod service was hoping to provide. VATC has re-checked the cause of noise from amenities in the room. VATC guarantees that some better soundproofing options will be introduced and the problem will be fixed soon.
