Room: same as the photo shown on the app, clean, beautiful and fragrant, fully equipped Service: from the manager who led to the room to the cleaning lady, everyone was polite and cute. After checking out, I was still able to leave my luggage at the office. to continue hanging out for the rest of the day Other: I went on Sunday, the elevator was very fast, used the swimming pool parking service, everything was ok. I recommend people come here if they stay at the river, book a homestay that suits them. No matter what, your trip will be more fun and memorable!

Advertising photo, the room is really like that. The house is beautiful, everything is very new, very complete, clean, and fragrant. Complete bowls, chopsticks, pots and pans, cutlery and forks, very suitable for groups of friends and family. The TV has Netflix available, everything is great. Maybe it was because I went on a weekday so it was empty. The elevator was very fast and spacious, not taking as long as you commented. Will definitely come back when coming to Vung Tau. 100% recommend

The hostess was very supportive. She upgraded my room, the housekeeper was very cute. The space is very suitable for those who travel in large groups or families because the room is fully equipped. Close to the beach, just a few steps away, mini supermarket downstairs. Will come back.

Everything is ok but I don't like having to pay for parking. At the hotel in the building, you have to pay for parking every time you go in and out. Then I was instructed to park in a private lot for 100k, not polite at all.

Hello, all apartment buildings in Vung Tau charge parking fees. If you visit another building of relatives or friends, you will have to pay a fee. Understanding that, Home has 2 parking instructions for customers to choose from. Because parking in the adjacent lot is more economical, Home has 2 options to guide our house. First time going to VT and booking an apartment-style room like this, consulting many apartments and deciding to book with Ms. Xuan, Ms. Xuan took care of me from the moment I checked in, for this point I give the home 1000 points. That day I arrived earlier than expected but the home supported early check-in (mini surcharge), and Ms. Xuan also invited me to have super delicious homemade milk tea.
I requested a room with a city view and the home arranged a room with a very fancy view, my room was brand new, clean, fragrant, the air conditioner and water heater worked very well, the kitchen utensils were complete, especially the home used a large refrigerator, so I could comfortably store food.
I went on a weekday so I didn't have to deal with the elevator jam like everyone often reviews, during rush hour I had to wait about 5-7 minutes for the elevator to arrive. If you are still looking for a home, feel free to book it, you won't regret it, trust me 😍

I booked a regular room and the owner of Xuan Homestay upgraded me to a room with a city view on the 34th floor as shown in the picture. I can say that it is absolutely amazing. The room is very clean and especially very fragrant. Before coming, I also heard reviews about the elevator being stuck, but the staff at Xuan Homestay gave me a tip to avoid checking in and checking out so the elevator won't get stuck 👍.
Those who like to take virtual photos, taking photos here is quite beautiful. There is a standing mirror, a round mirror and a large Papasan chair in the large bedroom, taking virtual photos with the city view in the morning is a must. At night, there are chairs and tables on the balcony to chill. Before coming, go to The Song's IG to see the models, we only saw the models taking photos when we got back and regretted it 🥹.
