1. Baggage & Personal Items Protection (or Loss Or Damage Of Baggage And Personal Effects in Policy Wordings) covers your hand-carried or check-in personal goods during the journey.
2. Wheelchair(s), baby/children stroller(s) or sports equipment(s), however, are not included. For travel documents, you may claim the loss under Loss of Travel Documents. Please refer to Policy Wordings for more details.
3. Any loss or damage of baggage must be reported to the police or relevant authority evidencing such loss or damage within twenty-four (24) hours after the incident. You are required to attach the report with your claim submission.

1. Valid if, during your trip, you sustain a bodily injury due to an unforeseen, or a sudden and fortuitous event, which results in death and/or permanent disability within 365 days after the accident date.
2. Indemnity will be paid for one loss only.
3. Payment is not including any loss caused by or resulting from sickness.

1. Valid when your check-in baggage on the scheduled flight is not delivered to you within six (6) hours of your arrival at the destination.
2. This benefit applies to maximum one delay per journey.

1. Valid when your scheduled flight is delayed for at least six (6) consecutive hours due to civil commotion or industrial action, adverse weather conditions or mechanical breakdown.
2. The delay must be verified in writing by the airline or their handling agent, as well as the number of hours delayed and the reason for the delay.

1. Valid when you are forced to cancel a part or the whole of your planned trip due to specified causes.
2. The specified causes include:
   • You are suffering from a terminal condition, becoming ill or sustaining a bodily injury, so you are not allowed to travel.
   • You or your family member(s) is/are sick or has/have passed away, sustain(s) a bodily injury, or need(s) to receive an inpatient treatment at a hospital.
   • Cancellation of scheduled public transportation services because of civil commotion or riot.
   • Your house becomes uninhabitable due to fire, storm, or flood, so you cannot travel.
   • You cannot commence or continue your journey due to natural disaster.
   The events listed above must occur within fourteen (14) days before the departure date, and must be accompanied with travel advice from the relevant authority(s).
3. Coverage only applies to actual scheduled flight cost which have not been or will not be used, but which become forfeit or payable under contract.
