Travel Protection is a product from Chubb Insurance Malaysia Berhad (9827-A) that is specially designed for Traveloka customers.
It will depend on the flight you purchase. The exact price of the insurance can be seen in the Booking Form.

We’re sorry, but adding insurance to a completed booking is not possible.
Yes. Purchase of insurance will only be stated in your receipt of payment. You will receive the details of your purchased policy in a separate email from Chubb besides the e-ticket issued by Traveloka.
Travel Protection is only available for domestic trips that are no longer than 30 days; or international trips that are no longer than 45 days between departure date and return date.
To continue benefiting from the purchased Chubb insurance after rescheduling your flight, please contact Chubb at

We’re sorry, but Travel Protection cannot be canceled or refunded once payment is made.

Claims must be submitted within 31 days after the date of occurrence.
Claims will be processed within 14 days after the complete documents have been received.
