For customer purchased Kowloon Station ticket, they can travel between Kowloon Station and Airport Station. Customer can also travel to Tsing Yi Station since it has a lower fare than Kowloon Station. But the fare difference will not be rebated. Same case for Hong Kong Station ticket.
Fare difference will be charged if they travel to a station which has a higher fare than the ticket purchased.
Only Hong Kong Station and Kowloon Station has In-Town-Check-In (ITCI) service. For customer who purchased Tsing Yi Airport Express ticket, unfortunately they cannot enjoy this service.
For enjoying the In-Town-Check-In service, the customer needs to scan the QR code at the gate for entering the area of luggage check-in counter. This area is separate from the train boarding area. Thus when they scan the QR code at the check-in area, one journey will be deducted. Customer has to use the same QR code for entering the gate to the train boarding area. Otherwise, after the valid travel time, the journey deducted will be considered as forfeited.
For customer purchased Kowloon Station ticket, they can only use the ITCI service at Kowloon Station. If they want to use the service at Hong Kong Station, fare difference will be charged.

The first journey must be completed within 92 days from the date of purchase; the second journey must be completed within 30 days from the date of the first journey.
This Ticket QR code entitles you to a return trip on the Airport Express between Airport and the designated station.
