Flight Terms & Conditions
General Terms & Conditions
1.
HargaBAGUS is only applicable for the final price shown on the payment page (for both the Traveloka booking and the other booking) and must include all taxes and fees. Promo codes, gift vouchers, private rates, loyalty points, and membership discounts are excluded.
2.
HargaBAGUS is only applicable to prices displayed by other OTAs based in Malaysia and does not apply to products from Traveloka and other direct sales. An OTA (Online Travel Agency) is a website or digital platform that provides travel-related services, such as booking flights, hotels, car rentals, vacation packages, and other travel experiences. Direct sales refer to Air Carrier operators or airlines that sell their tickets directly to end users through their own digital platforms, such as their websites or mobile applications.
3.
HargaBAGUS claim is only applicable for eligible flight purchased from Traveloka through Traveloka's app, website, or mobile website. However, the claim shall be submitted through Traveloka's app via My Booking page (app version 5.2 and above.
4.
HargaBAGUS claim shall be submitted within 12 hours of Traveloka e-ticket issuance. If the claim is approved, the price difference will be credited as Traveloka Points to your account within 7 days after the departure date stated on your Traveloka e-ticket.
5.
HargaBAGUS applies only to selected flight transactions on Traveloka. Flights eligible for HargaBAGUS will have a "HargaBAGUS" logo or label on both the flight search results and e-ticket.
6.
HargaBAGUS is only applicable to flight transactions made in MYR and is not available for transactions in other currencies.
7.
Users have to be logged in first before purchasing their order to be eligible for HargaBAGUS asHargaBAGUS is only applicable for logged-in transactions on Traveloka.
8.
Your Points needs to be active on the country of Malaysia in your Traveloka Account’s default country and currency, in this case the Malaysia (“Malaysia”) and Malaysian Ringgit. If you transact, book or purchase any products or services on the Site using another country and currency than Malaysia and Malaysian Ringgit, you will not be awarded Traveloka Points.
9.
Traveloka and all affiliated airlines reserve the right to change any terms and conditions of HargaBAGUS without prior notice.
10.
Only one claim may be submitted per order and the booking/order should not currently be in the other HargaBAGUS claim process.
11.
HargaBAGUS is only applicable to products purchased using the same payment methods (bank transfer, credit card, ATM, etc) and follows the same refund, reschedule, and cancellation policies.
12.
This campaign starts on 22 October 2024 and will end on 31 December 2025. Claims should be made by 31 December 2025 00:00 the latest, otherwise it will not be eligible.
13.
All claims are subject to Traveloka’s right and discretion to determine the validity of any claims, including but not limited to, determining that they meet all terms, conditions, and claims processing requirements.
Compensation Scheme
The compensation amount will vary depending on the price difference between your booking and the price displayed by the other OTA. If approved, you will get 2x the price difference in Traveloka Points (capped at RM300) which will be credited to your account.

Claim verification will be processed max. 24 hours after submission. Traveloka team will contact you through e-mail with the verification result.
Claim Coverage

HargaBAGUS claim will be denied or canceled if:

1.
Your booking has been rescheduled, changed, rebooked, canceled, or refunded.
2.
A claim is submitted more than 12 hours after Traveloka e-ticket has been issued.
3.
The screenshot evidence does not reveal the same identical product that the customer booked.
4.
The claim should have the same details of: Airline name, Airline class (Economy, Premium Economy, Business Class, or First Class), Date and time of departure and arrival, Transit type (direct or transit), Number of passengers (number of adult(s) and children/infants), Reschedule and refund policy, Flight facilities (for example, cabin & checked baggage allowance, meals, and Wi-Fi), No ancillaries and add-ons applied (for example, additional baggage, insurance, meals, or cross-sell items (travel activities or accomodations)
5.
Claims submitted during or in connection with any promo code, gift voucher, flash sale, promotional event, or discount offers will be automatically rejected. 
6.
The lower price is offered as a membership or loyalty rewards program, website or any rates requiring membership.
7.
The lower price is offered as part of a package, such as a flight + hotel travel combination.
8.
The lower price is part of a special rate or bulk rate sold to an organization, groups, or individuals but not to the public.
9.
The screenshot evidence has been tampered with/edited.
10.
Any other reasons that may be considered appropriate by Traveloka.
Product Eligibility

The compared details must be identical to your Traveloka booking, including:

1.
Airline name
2.
Airline class (Economy, Premium Economy, Business Class, or First Class)
3.
Date and time of departure & arrival date and time
4.
Transit type (direct or transit)
5.
No. of passengers (no. of adult(s) and children or infants)
6.
Refund and reschedule status
7.
Flight facilities (for example, cabin & checked baggage allowance, meals, and Wi-Fi)
8.
No ancillaries and add-ons applied (for example, insurance, additional baggage, seat, meals, cross-sell items (travel activities or accomodations)
Terms & Conditions - General Admission #HargaBAGUS Dance Challenge
The contest is open to ALL except employees of Traveloka, partner agency, consultants and their immediate family members.
Contestants must be Malaysian residents, above 18 years old and must possess a valid identification card.
Contest entries must be submitted in accordance with the stipulated steps provided by Traveloka on its Instagram post and such entries only applicable from 16 November to 10 December 2024, 11.59pm.
Participants are allowed to submit an unlimited number of entries during the entire contest period.
Participations can be submitted through any of the followings platform; via Instagram, or Tik Tok only.
All entries submitted must be original and may not be modified, adapted or copied from other original works published by other people.
Winner will be announced towards the end of the campaign period.
Winner with the best dance video and judged by the internal team of Traveloka will the stated Traveloka Gift Voucher as mentioned. Any other out-of-pocket expenses will be borne by the winners.
Rewarded Traveloka Gift Voucher are to be utilised by 31 December 2024, 11.59pm. Travel period can be done anytime.
Kindly be advised no additional extension will be given once the booking period for the voucher has expired.
Winners’ announcement will be made on Traveloka’s official Instagram @traveloka.my and thereafter, such winners shall be contacted by Traveloka on a personal basis through official email.
Should there be a failure in verifying the selected winners, Traveloka reserves the right in its sole discretion to select new winners as it deems fit.
The prizes are strictly non-transferable, assignable, exchangeable or redeemable by the winners in any other form or manner other than that specified by Traveloka. The prize will be given out in a form of cash voucher where the winner can book flight, hotel and travel activities via Traveloka app.
Traveloka decisions on all matters relating to the Contest (including without limitation, the selection of winners, play of the contest and/or any resolutions made) shall be final and absolute and binding on the participants. No discussion, correspondence, enquiry, appeal or challenge in respect of any decision of Traveloka will be entertained.
By participating in this Contest, contestants agree to fully indemnify and release Traveloka from any and all liability, losses, damages, claims (including third-party claims) and actions resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or the participation of the Contest including, without limitation, injury, death, and property damage.
Participants hereby unconditionally agree that Traveloka is entitled to use any of the materials received during the Contest (including participant's name, email address, phone number, photos, videos, etc.) for the purpose of advertising, marketing and communications without the need for further consideration to be paid to the said participant(s).
Traveloka reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, vary, delete or add any of the Terms and Conditions of this Contest at any time (without any prior notice to participants).
Traveloka reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Contest at its discretion and / or due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
The vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
Traveloka reserves the right at any time to blacklist identified customers who are deemed to have violated the promotion terms and conditions or have misused the voucher, from using future Traveloka vouchers.
Misuse of coupons is defined as any event in which Traveloka believes the use of coupon codes was in error, fraudulent or exploited for commercial gain contrary to any applicable terms of use.
The posting, distribution or sale of Traveloka coupon codes on any third party sites that are not meant for the intended recipient is strictly prohibited and shall be considered as a violation of Traveloka’s terms and conditions.

Traveloka offers the Best Price Guarantee ("HargaBAGUS") for accommodation bookings. If you have booked an accommodation through Traveloka and then show us that you have found a lower price for the exact same room, date and conditions on any of these platform - booking.com, Agoda, Trip.com, Expedia, Hotels.com and KAYAK, you can request for us to refund the difference. This HargaBAGUS campaign starts on 8 April 2025 and will end on 30 April 2025. HargaBAGUS claims should be made by 30 April 2025 11:59 the latest, otherwise it will not be eligible.

Claim Submission 

In order to claim the HargaBAGUS, please:

1.
Complete the 'Harga Bagus' Claim Form through Traveloka's app via My booking page (app version 5.2 and above).
2.
Submit your HargaBAGUS claim within 12 hours from the issuance of Traveloka e-ticket.
3.
Provide the following information when submitting your Claim Form:

a. Your Traveloka Booking ID.
5.
b. The name of the hotel, city and country.
6.
c. The address of the other Website where you found the better rate.
7.
Please ensure that the other Website address you provide remains valid at the time it is checked, and that the lower price you submit is still available for booking at that time.
8.
Please screenshot at least one (1) of the other Websites that clearly shows the room name, room availability, room type, promotion type, check-in and check-out date, number of guest, and room rate, and any other details related to your claim.

PLEASE NOTE: You don’t need to make an actual booking of this lower rate you found on the other Website. You just need to show us your confirmed bookings with Traveloka (Traveloka e-ticket), as our "Harga BAGUS" applies to confirmed bookings with Traveloka only.
Traveloka Rights :
All claims are subject to Traveloka’s right and discretion to determine the validity of any claims, including but not limited to, determining whether the claim complies with all applicable terms and conditions as set out in this General Terms & Conditions. Traveloka also reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend, or discontinue HargaBAGUS campaign at any time, without prior notice.

Compensation Scheme
1.
If your claim for HargaBAGUS is approved, the price difference will be credited as Traveloka Points ("Compensation Amount") to your account within fourteen (14) days from the stay date stated on your Traveloka e-ticket. 
2.
The Compensation Amount will vary depending on the price difference between your booking and the price displayed on the other platform. If approved, you will receive an additional 25% more of the price difference in Traveloka Points (capped at RM300), which will be credited to your account.
3.
Only one HargaBAGUS claim can be approved per booking. One claim should be submitted per order, and the booking/order must not be currently involved in another HargaBAGUS claim process.
4.
Once your HargaBAGUS claim has been approved, any booking change (e.g., date change) will void the refund in Traveloka Points.
Claim Eligibility

The compared details must be identical to your Traveloka booking, including:

Name of the hotel or property
Room and bed type
Check-in and check-out dates
Same or more flexible and cancellation policies
Deposit policy (if applicable)
Number of guests (including number of adults and children)
Hotel facilities and benefits (e.g., breakfast, spa, room sizes, free gifts, and Wi-Fi)
Device used during booking of property 
Payment method
MYR as the currency. Other currencies are not accepted.
1.
The comparable room must be available for instant confirmation at the time Traveloka’s agent checks availability.
2.
The lower price submitted must be the final rate as shown on the payment page, and must include all taxes and service fees. Any add-on fees included in the booking are not eligible for HargaBAGUS comparison.
3.
HargaBAGUS is only applicable for accommodation bookings and for accommodations with 'HargaBAGUS' labels, purchased from Traveloka through Traveloka's app, website, or mobile website. However, the claim shall be submitted through Traveloka's app via My Booking page (app version 5.2 and above).
4.
Users have to be logged in first before purchasing their order to be eligible for HargaBAGUS as HargaBAGUS is only applicable for logged-in transactions on Traveloka.
Claim Restriction

Harga BAGUS claim does not apply to the following situations :

Reservations combined with other offer or promotions, or made as part of a travel package (e.g., accommodation + tour or accommodation + flight)
Reservations offering third-party loyalty program rewards
Reservation that includes:
- any promotional codes or points
- any corporate, group or membership discounts or rewards
- any gift vouchers 
- any private or packaged rates   
- any loyalty points
The lower price found was also available on Traveloka
The screenshot of evidence does not reveal the same identical product that was booked or he screenshot evidence has been tampered with/edited.
Any other reasons that may be considered appropriate by Traveloka
