Pathetic service from Landmark 81 Skyview & Traveloka team. Unable to redeem my voucher as there system is not working day before yesterday. Completely waste of money, never recommend to Anyone. Thanks

A worthwhile experience from the ticket exchange process to the direct visit. If possible, add more sightseeing activities at the top of the landmark.

Buying tickets on traveloka will be cheaper than buying directly at the counter. After buying tickets on traveloka, I will exchange tickets on the first floor.

The first time I came to Landmark 81, I was very surprised, overwhelmed and a bit scared of this terrible height. Stepping into the elevator at a high speed took me to the 79th floor, from here I began to experience and admire the majestic beauty of Saigon from the highest height. It was so wonderful, I can't describe all my feelings, unfortunately I couldn't come in the late afternoon to watch the sunset and admire the beauty of the whole city at night of the splendid Saigon. See you again at Landmark 81 one day soon to continue the unfinished story....!!!

Went up with my family, the view is unreal. Far exceeded my expectations. The whole thing is super safe, three pictures included (and you will take plenty) as well as a VR experience. Well worth the visit and the price, highly recommend.

Ticket inspectors make things difficult for customers!!! Sent both the booking code and QR code on the app but still asked for a separate QR code! Bad attitude🤡! Unprofessional, asked for the QR code on the email in the confirmation email sent but it was not there.

I bought this ticket online because the price is slightly lower than I bought it on the spot. Beside that, I must pay by card if I bought it offline. The entrance and ticket counter is a bit confusing. We need to queue for a moment mixed with the on the spot buyer before changing my online ticket to real ticket. Everything inside is nice! The ticket is include one photo per ticket, which we can even choose for group picture. It also include one time playing the VR Games at the 81th floor.

It was okay- we have visited many high tower view points around the world, but this one seemed quite bland- there were a couple of activities but they were placed right in the path of the crowd moving round the viewing path. There was a virtual sky jump included in ticket and free photo, but I would not consider it value for money and could have easily missed if it were not we were in the area . The views were great but small viewing platform area so we were done in no time.
