The conversion from booking to Traveloka is not very clear, leading to confusion when using the ticket combo (the experience side) and the staff. The services included in the combo such as virtual reality games are not carefully prepared, leading to a long time when customers need to wait for charging, fixing errors and setting up. The photo/print included is taken against a slightly dummy background. Gave the picture so why not let her take it in a place with real scenery and print it out for cool.
