Got entry to skating rink at the timing that I chose.

Easy to get the ticket from traveloka. Can enjoyed the discounted price. Got the ticket on the spot. The ice skating ring is nice and suitable for kids and adults to have fun. Will come again and shall get the ticket from traveloka.

It was very smooth ride..Just show to the counter ticket and we were able to get in without any issues

We are from Singapore, Just having a short getaway on the weekends to Malaysia, We bought the tickets through your website on Sat 29june. Wanted to bring the kids down on Sun 30 June, however when we arrived at Paradigm Mall, was told that the were having a 3 days event, thus the place were close for public. If the skating ring were close for event, there shouldn’t be tickets open for sale. We want to ask for refund. My kids were very disappointed that they couldn’t even enjoy the facility even we make our way all the way there.

I bought a ticket online but still need to queue up for a while. I think if someone buys tickets online, they can go in straight. But the rest was good!

It was my first time going ice skating and my first time using the service from Traveloka to go ice skating was good. All we needed to do was show the QR codes to the counter and everything else went smoothly.

Seamless redemption indeed. Just call them up to confirm timing, be there slightly earlier (as there long q), get ready the QR code for them to scan and that's it.

Instructors were great skaters and helpful. Clean environment and we felt safe. Overall my kids had fun!

All is great but somewhere the ice is wet, it's melting, thus more easily falling down. In nutshell, this is a good experience.

🌸 It is a nice place to learn a new thing and gain a new experience 🌸 It is a real ice rink 🌸 If you come to learn to skate or you come to skate i suggest you to not wear short or skirt, its quite dangerous if you fall 🌸 Bring along your hand glove because you have to buy if you don't bring it 🌸 if you're muslim, there are no surau inside the place but you can inform them that you want to go out for prayer just for a minute. The surau is at the same level of the ice rink 🌸 Enjoy it 💓

had a great time ice skating for the first time.. traveloka made it simple ofc! just scanned the qr code at the counterrr xoxo
