With the buffet food, it was like feeding time at the zoo. People were carrying multiple plates of food like they hadn’t been fed in a week. Some of the food wasn’t the best, but the roast beef was really good. Sadly, it bucketed down with rain, and the staff did their best to herd us under a pop-up shelter. But the boat is a poor design, as when it rains, the upper deck floor has not been graded away from the stairs, so you get a complimentary waterfall down the stairs, just like in Titanic.
Tip: Find a boat cruise without a buffet, like one that has sit-down dining such as à la carte, and avoid the cattle crush.
