There’s a parents’ lounge for parents to rest. Can even charge our mobile phones there for free! 😁
The staff are all very helpful and nice.
The kidzania is much bigger than KL’s and has many driving activities available for kids that measure less than 130cm.
The rock climbing allows kids lesser than 50Kg to participate .

There is a problem with queues which sometimes requires ethics.

All in is good, but there is still a lack of F&B for parents or companions of children who are playing while waiting and also in the rides, culinary snacks need to be provided.

If you come on a weekday and not during school holidays, buying a half-day ticket is okay, but if it's school holidays or weekends, it's better to get a full-day ticket because the queue for each activity can be 20-30 minutes.
The kids are really happy, the parents are the ones who are sleepy waiting 😅

I thought only little kids were playing, but it turns out teenagers and adults were also playing, so the little ones didn't get a chance.

The experience was great generally speaking at Kidzania. You do not need to worry about the language barrier as it is non-existent in most cases, but you need to tell the staff beforehand and the demonstration videos are in Bahasa, only the Khong Ghuan video has English subtitles. The activities (specifically the branded ones like Indomie) were fantastic! Recommend only if you come here for Indomie and Khong Ghuan activities.

The staff was not kids friendly at all!!! The snacks was too expensive (doesn’t make sense)!!! The time for waiting was very crazy. The Teenzania ruining the kids all the time. It’s not worth it.

bought a 4 hour ticket, not long enough. even though it was a weekday, hoping for a shorter queue, it turned out to be still long. there were school groups, children's groups. so far it's fun, the kids like trying the activities.

It's so much fun.. there are lots of new games, there's Khong Guan and Milku now.. the kids are happy to get snacks and milk after work.
Buy tickets via Traveloka and get a big discount, not bad if you bring lots of kids..
