Bad experience 1. The company changed location so I couldn't pick up at the old place and couldn't change on Traveloka, had to go to the new address which was very time-consuming (I couldn't get through at 9am on Saturday and couldn't get through until 9:15am when someone picked up so I had to go to the address on the app) 2. I couldn't use the EYK sim even though the signal was strong ------------ Good experience: 1. When I got to the new pickup location, I got the sim pretty quickly 2. When I couldn't get online, I was sent the support sim serial number and was able to use it in about 15 minutes

It is very convenient to be able to receive the sim card right at the airport before the flight. You will be able to use the network as soon as you arrive at the airport at your destination. The network is also very stable throughout the process. Convenient to use when traveling.

I ordered a sim card on December 10 and I didn't receive it yet. How come ??????

I got the sim directly at the Mobifone counter at the international arrivals terminal. Although it was 10:30 pm, the counter was still open. The staff at the counter, although not from the direct seller of the sim, also guided me through the installation. The sim was simple to activate and worked quite well in Taiwan. As long as I didn't go to the mountains or remote areas, the signal quality was stable.

I haven't received the sim yet, the location is downstairs from the departure station, not convenient to get it.

The SIM RECEIVING partner at pillar 6 (TSN arrival) made me wait 15 minutes with the reason... technical error. It is not excluded that TVLK's API with the partner. If I had known that, I would have bought the SIM to receive in Taipei. At the time I wrote this review, I was still waiting.

Bought 3 sims, 2 had fast network for the first 3 days, the last 2 had slow networks, 1 couldn't use the first 3 days, the last 2 days were fast.
