I recently stayed at this hotel, primarily drawn by the photos of the impressive gym facilities. While the gym met the high expectations regarding quality, my overall experience had some notable drawbacks. First, I was disappointed to learn that the gym is not open 24 hours. As someone who needed to work early, I could not train at my preferred time of 4 am. The gym only opens at 6:30 am, which was inconvenient given my schedule. While I understand the hotel does not own the gym, the fact that it's promoted as a key amenity for guests should come with greater accessibility, especially for those paying for the privilege. When I finally used the gym, I was impressed by its equipment and overall quality—it’s easily one of the best gyms I’ve seen associated with a hotel. There was a downside: the proximity to the heated pool below. The smell of chlorine and the heat rising into the gym made breathing somewhat uncomfortable and challenging during my workout. As for the hotel itself, the location is decent, though there isn’t much to do nearby. Breakfast, however, left much to be desired. Hygiene was a concern—the utensils for serving items like ham and cheese were placed directly on the food, with the handles touching the food. This undermines the purpose of having utensils and raises concerns about cross-contamination.

Maybe the worst 5 star property I have ever been as a Diamond Member and experienced luxury hotels visitor. Or by far the worst… Maybe it should be even not considered as a proper 4 start hotel. Firstly I received a “not refurbished older room” which was a complete disaster and too smelly. After complaining I was offered a newer room. It was a bit better. But still… OMG 😱 Had issues even to go to toilet with the yellowish seat cover and other disgusting scenes around the room…

Price was really reasonable for 2 nights. Had a nice view. Sadly our shower and lavatory didn't drain properly, hence we had to get a technician to fix it. It was done only a few hours after complaining. It was done efficient, great work from the reception to get someone that fast. Sadly we also had a few corners in the room where paint has crumbled/fallen off. We also had no accesible sockets to charge our phones/laptops.

We were put up here by the airline, because of delayed flight. On level 3. Rooms dated and in need of upgrade. Were here Dec '24, rooms were really hot and turning heating down did not seem to work, ended up opening windows. Images of rooms must be higher floors? Breakfast nice, plenty of options.

An amazing property. Front desk staff are always cheerful and even when there is a crowd, they always try to keep me happy with as quick as service as possible. Breakfast has a wide variety of choices. Floors 9 and 10 have renovated rooms and suites. I’m hoping the rest of the hotel also gets renovated.
