When we arrived the hotel said they had cancelled our reservation because they didn't have enough rooms. When we try to call Expedia, the hotel said the had a room available but we had to pay the current price (double the amount we had initially paid). When they saw we were determined to get to the bottom of things they told us to call Expedia to see if their cancellation hadn't go thru so they could honor our previous arrangements. We finally got a room but linens and towels were stained with handprints. They were clean but looked very dirty.
