Great staff, but old rooms, even thoug big and renovated. Amenities not bad, but not complete. Simple breakfast. Good location.

The first room they gave us Had a strong cigarette smoke smell, even though it was a non-smoking room. The immediately gave us a different room, which was OK. The view was of the air Conditioning units outside the room. The room is very Dark and the lighting is Not adequate. For the price, I would’ve expected a bit more.

More than expected from a night stay! Free games room in a very nice atmosphere, modern and very clean, very spacious bedroom with a ultra comfortable kingside bed. Love the fragrance of hands and shower gel/shampoo/body cream, felt like in a SPA. Varied and delicious breakfast, facilities kept clean and all times and well stocked. Would have enjoyed the indoor pool but had no time. Definitely highly recommended and will be back next time in Eindhoven. The location was great too, close enough to walk into the city but in a quiet location to sleep.

Great service from the staff in a smart hotel close to the centre of town

Nice hotel - worthy of more than a late one night stay. Huge room and hotel was an easy walk from the Eindhoven Central Station.

The hotel was lovely. We were a party of 2 adults and 2 children staying in a deluxe suite - when we arrived they had already pulled the sofa bed out which we were very thankful for as they can be difficult to pull out. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was fabulous. The bath was huge and there was a separate walk in shower. Plus a double sink situation. 2 televisions was great and while we didn’t watch them it was nice to have the option for the children and adults to watch separate things. Tea and coffee making facilities were in the room and there was also an iron and ironing board. The hairdryer was powerful too which was great. The hotel has a pool, sauna and games room - all of which are free to use. Breakfast was nice although be aware that once things run out they run out so the earlier you get down there the better. Check in and check out was easy and the lady checking us in was lovely and very friendly. (Though the lady who checked us out didn’t ask how the stay was or anything). It was quiet at night and is in a very good, walkable location for reaching anywhere in Eindhoven. I would definitely recommend Park Plaza and if I return to Eindhoven I’ll stay there again.

Staff as always very welcoming but underestimated bar staff for period of the football and Holiday and food not availability 2 nights and ran out of our usual drink

See review categories above, regarding the Hotel Staff at the check-in desk and the bar were lovely. We appreciated the "entertainment" factor (i.e. Pool tables, ping pong table, etc.) As to cleanliness, we were guests at the Park Plaza for 10 nights. Our unit was not maintained to a level we expected. Dust on the furniture, garbage (2 cans) not always emptied, we had to request extra towel on one occasion (the cleaners left only 1 bath towel for 2 adults)

The hotel and its staff were excellent

Had a great stay, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was ok, not a particularly large selection. Centrally located with sites and food options very close. Service was quite slow in the bar. Lots of very loud impact noise from room above though when people were walking around.

Great personal service by the staff in a hotel literally 5 minutes walk from the City centre
