Excellent 7 night stay! Staff helpful, friendly and professional. Fitness facilities clean and well equipped. My room was refreshed everyday which was a pleased surprise for me. Would highly recommend!

While the hotel was a very convenient property because of its location, and in general everything work out there were various situations that stopped me of giving a good review. For two nights the heat didn’t work. Twice during our seven day stay, one of the rooms was not cleaned It’s a shame that this happen to what could be an overall great experience

Can’t go wrong here. Staff is lovely, rooms are very nice for the reasonable price. We’ve stayed here many times and will be doing so during our future visits to Toronto.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I’m still talking about it to my boyfriend. I got the best sleep ever on their mattress. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends that are visiting Toronto.

My favourite hotel in the city

Great stay with my kids. Easy walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and metro. Room was large enough that we all had our space and beds were very comfortable. We all loved the coffee/tea and hot cocoa station in the lobby.

The staff is exceptional.

Great location in the trendy Yorkville area.

Very nice hotel right near a major subway station, and easy walking to UofT campus, dining options, and the fancy district of Yorkville.

Beautiful hotel, convenient location! Stayed here 2 nights for a concert at Rogers Centre.
