Clean and roomy, only downfall is the bed size in double rooms are only full size not queens.

Nice property and staff!

Liked the proximity to CU boulder and the pearl st areas. Also staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked the walkability to a grocery store and restaurants. Breakfast was convenient and not crowded.

Stopover for biking trip. Accommodations and service were exemplary.

Room was big, staff was great

The first few visits I had at this facility. It was very very clean. This last visit was not. The room had candies on the floor, the stove was dirty. The counter had food on it. The Cleaning staff only left a quarter bottle of dish soap, instead of a new one. I was very disappointed because the last few times it was very clean.

Very kind and helpful staff. The rooms were very clean. I was quite impressed with the cleanliness.

We stay here every time we're in town to see family. It's super convenient to them, and everything in town, a great value, always comfy & clean with a good breakfast service. Staff are always very pleasant & helpful.

Easy checkin/out and friendly front desk support. Adequate breakfast items with good coffee. Reserved a 2 queen bed, as I was traveling with my daughter, but received a king room. We did not request room change, but it would have been nice to get the room we reserved.
