Not clean, some basic furniture doesn’t exist, very poor front disk and a lot of other things

The breakfast has the best coffee around.. they have a waffle maker that's awesome!!! Cereal.. Bread and bagels!!! And the lady who takes care of breakfast is nice!!

I was the second in line. I had a reservation. I was given a key to a room in the far rear which was inappropriate. I am a 92 year old person, and I get around well, but I immediately started looking for a different hotel. The key did not work. I couldn't get in. I walked back to the office dragging my suitcase and the clerk fixed it so it worked. Then he came back and took me to a much better room but didn't give me a key for that one although he said he would bring one. I tried to call the office for 20 minutes. Nobody answered and the disconnected. I was furious. I gave them back my key and walked over to the quality which was 1000 times better. It had a lobby, It had a shuttle. I will never go to a red roof inn in my life. If this is a plus, what would a non-plus bee.

Its a pretty cool place to stay not bad at all pretty quiet

Yo, this place is legit! The service is on point, but remember, you get what you pay for. If you’re lookin’ for cheap, don’t expect luxury, but it gets the job done. Solid value for the price, though!

They booked out the room we pre-booked. Not sure how that happens.

Dingy, low quality. Beds were at least clean and comfy.

While I reserved a Supreme King room, the room did not have a working refrigerator, a TV with only a few channels that did not work reliably, no phone and was in poor condition.when I tried to call the front desk with my cell phone, no one answered. The gentleman at the front desk must have been here alone as, he had to keep leaving the front so people had to wait quite long to check in or get help. The ice machine in my building didn’t work and the only one that worked was in the front.

No heat in the room. Limited tv chanels
