Great as always

Booked this hotel a while ago. Realized a month ahead of our visit that we’d swapped the dates around for our trip. Tried working with the hotel to reschedule. They refused to accommodate us even though they had openings the week that we intended to book. We had to book with another hotel and eat the cost of the error. It would be understandable if the error was caught the week before, or there was no availability, or the stay was a low-demand timeframe. However, the week we’d booked was the week of Christmas, we caught the error a month in advance, and there were available rooms the week that we needed to reschedule to: the week of New Years. We pleaded with the staff to reconsider as this would be my family’s first trip to Europe and the hotel was booked for my son’s birthday, but they could not be bothered to be understanding or even compassionate. A hotel this expensive should be more helpful and adaptable.

Nice property and service but make sure to request a room away from the ballroom. If they’re having an event it will be very loud

Room was not ready and got a call 2 hours after the original check in time. Unfortunately not a great experience especially for £1000 per night.

It's in a great spot, really close to the tube, and the hotel staff were amazing; the service was top-notch.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Landmark, right from the welcome drink at check in. Room was so comfortable and exactly what we needed as a family of four. Meals at the Champagne Bar and the breakfast buffet were all superb. Kids loved the pool. Room service was superb. Cannot fault the stay in the slightest

Absolutely amazing stay with my family for my daughter’s birthday, we couldn’t fault it. Everyone was so friendly and the service was incredible. I couldn’t recommend more. Thank you so much to the Landmark for making my daughters birthday so special this weekend x

The staff are readily available and attentive. Upon check-in (we tried to check in at 3.30pm), we were advised that out room wasn’t ready due to previous occupants being late to vacate. The hotel added free breakfast fir all 3 guests. I am glad they did because breakfast was outstanding. We were able to access our room by 5pm. The hotel is lovely, food and wine selection is excellent. I used the gym which is v small and a disappointing for such a large hotel. The gym seemed to be an afterthought. With 4 people in the gym it is easy to get in each others way! Would recommend for a lovely stay in London.

Lovely stay for my husband's birthday. Cupcake and card in room for him a nice touch. Everyone very helpful and pleasant.

Lovely historical hotel in a convenient location to the tube and lovely walking streets in Marylebone. Clean rooms, great staff.

Beautiful hotel and staff were excellent. Bedrooms wouldn’t benefit from an update in terms of charging ports and additional electricity points.

Great location to stay for taking underground back to Heathrow express train to airport. Enjoyed the mirror bar and dinner in the winter garden, very relaxing for the end of our journey.
