Very Nice

This hotel experience has been absolutely awful! Started with the front desk person was super unfriendly when we checked in and acted like we were a bother. I asked if the pool and hot tub were working and she said no it’s been closed down since Covid and they are working on fixing it on the website that the pool and hot tub are broken which she said is never coming back. The rooms are disgusting. Towels in the room were dirty, hair in the shower, and the bedding was dirty. We found mold on the window sill, and mascara on the pillow cases and towels. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. It is absolutely disgusting and our kids are traumatized by how gross it is.

Well lets just say it is not a very quiet hotel. Walls are paper thin, floors not much better as it soynd like a heard of elephants walking around above us. A dog barking the next couple rooms up. Finally got to sleep and 1 AM there goes the stomping around again above us. Not for us

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was great.

This motel is very reasonably priced, has a friendly staff and offers free breakfast.

Quite outdated with old carpet flooring, but our stay was just fine. Light breakfast in the morning was very nice!

slow checkin, erroneous billing

Not bad for the price. And unusual that it had TCM in the channel lineup.

Stayed 3 nights as this was our home base for some shopping and sight seeing, Salem Ma to North Conway. The super 8 is dated but it was exactly what we were looking for. Although no fridge in the room, it was clean and comfortable. Most of all the price was very reasonable making the overall value solid. If you’re looking for a place to crash and spend the majority of your time outdoors exploring then this would be a good choice.

Hot tub heater was broken. Disappointing after a day of hiking. Everything else was fine.

It's an economy hotel. Average plus and don't expect a 3 or 4-star level. Everything was clean. Overall, it was good. The staff was very courteous and helpful mentality folks.

It was a typical motel/inn experience and a good option to stay for the night. One slight issue was how the key card could get reset by being near to a smartphone or smartwatch, but the staff were very helpful in getting it fixed.

The front desk clerk was very nice at check-in. First room smelled terribly of a pet. We had to ask for another room.

There was a hole in the wall of our room and the television only had about 20 channels.

Your can tell it’s an on old hotel. No cares taken aboit

TV had lines through it. Bed had gigantic holes both sides. Smelled like wet animal. Overall very poor quality everything. The staff was excellent.
