Very kind staff

Very nice hotel in downtown Omaha, my teenagers loved the Starbucks in the lobby.

I did not like that there was a mouse in my room

only 1 problem, when I checked in, the New Years Eve Fireworks display was in process and it was near the hotel, so lots of locals used the parking lot to park their cars ( some stopped their cars in the middle of the lot) which blocked all traffic. I had to sit in my car for about 20 mins, as the parking lot was a standstill.

Great location. Clean and nicely decorated hotel. Nice staff. I have no complaints as I didn't run into any issues. Some complain about paying for parking, but in a location like this (downtown), it should be expected.

We've stayed in Omaha before, but not downtown, so this was a treat -- great location and beautifully decorated for the holidays.

Nice place

The hotel was fabulous. I really liked it. The lobby area is great. There’s a Starbucks inside the hotel a nice fireplace a great place to eat a place to watch TV. It’s fabulous.

I like the location, staff and service, but, do not care for the paid parking arrangements. I am not sure i will return, as long as this parking condition is in place.

This was a perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy The Old Market. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see.

The hotel was very clean, well maintained and quiet. We enjoyed our room. The bed was comfortable and easy to fall asleep in.

This is a no-frills hotel. No lobby restaurant or bar. No pool or hot tub. But it is perfect for staying near CHI for a concert. Friendly staff. Nice clean place. Will stay here again.

Everything was great, except for what I assume was house keeping knocking on the door and trying to get in our room beginning at 830am…

The staff was very pleasant, helpful and kind.
