It was a place to sleep. No frills...no thrills. Basic. Not a bad thing but not great wither.

A long walk in the cold from your room to your car. Parking lot is NOT close to the entrance.

Very convenient place when we come back from Maryland for family events

I needed a place to rest after a spa day and the facility is huge! I loved the bar area with the separate pool table! I wish I had prepared for the pool and other amenities, however I would definitely recommend this hotel To friends and family.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but the price was too high.

Due to the Christmas holiday, the hotel was very limited in providing house keeping services but they did do good job with the staff they had especially in the restaurant. They provided very good customer service even though they had limited options. The male restaurant manager/host did a very good job be it that he was the only server there for breakfast.

The room was old and the elevator was noisy and didn’t open until we pressed the button

The hotel is conveniently located ,nice amenities , good breakfast , but very outdated and isn’t even remotely cozy

Hotel is pretty dated. Very quiet and not crowded at all despite a holiday weekend. Handicap parking is too far away from the entrance lobby as my wife is disabled. Room was clean and satisfactory for the price point. Toilet refilling after flush took 10 minutes and very loud. Our bed was old and squeaky causing discomfort both nights for us. Seems our room wasn’t used often as it is a handicap accessible and probably neglected by the staff. Restaurant was freezing cold both mornings as well as the buffet breakfast. We will look elsewhere for a hotel the next time we visit the area. We expected more from a Crowne Plaza hotel.

The bed was a little uncomfortable.

Pretty good! The staff was very helpful and welcoming, and the facilities were as advertised. There was a slightly moldy smell on the bathroom, but it wasn't too bad.

Very comfortable and nice lobby area. The only problem was that two of the three elevators was working and one time after waiting a long time we ended up walking up to the third floor (we are seniors, so not so easy). Staff all very professional and friendly.

I wouldn’t rate this hotel at eight for staying with more like a 5 The facility has no microwave in the room. The microwave is all the way downstairs and it’s a very old microwave doesn’t include breakfast even though it says it you have to buy it.

Hotel was good for the one night we stayed. Property is off the beaten path so we did have some trouble locating it, but could have just been me, since we are not from the area. Have to travel 10 or so mins to get to any good dining or shopping areas. Would probably stay again.

The Crown Plaza was great value for money. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was a big step up from the standard hotel breakfast offerings. The walking path around the property was a bonus.
