Ask to see your room first!! Our room absolutely smelled of urine from cats. We immediately went to front desk and he was very apologetic. We asked to see room first and it was much better. Check your location in SUDBURY before you decide. This one is not close to restaurants.

Small rooms, really uncomfortable bed

It was very convenient to have such a wonderful restaurant on site. The gentleman that checked me in was most helpful!

The room was in bad condition. Cracks in the walls dirty uncomfortable beds. One panel windows. I can't say anything good about this place. 250 cash deposit non credit card was also weird, should have known from that min.

Booked a room here paid with my visa, upon arrival apparently they had no record of my booking, basically told me to beat it after i paid for a room through expedia, beware this is a scam to charge your credit card and offer no service

Check In was great We stayed in room 206, the bed further from the door and as extremely squeaky when moving very annoying and Friday at 738 the contractor ls showed up for work. The amount of noice that can be heard from our room was very disturbing. We were in Sudbury for my son’s surgery, Friday beforw his surgery I asked if he wants to change hotels he didn’t want to he was already anxious for his surgery and just wanted to get it done and come back to the room and relax. Again we were on the second floor there was no relaxing with the renovations being done. The room was clean but otherwise then I would rate my stay a 1. We are not impressed

They answered all questions we had. Check in was quick the only problem we had were the people above us were very noisy overnight

This was a good hotel for a quick stop over. The price was right, the room was okay. Carpets were in bad need of a cleaning though. Other than that it was clean. Really good water pressure

I was very impressed that the rooms were made up each day! Most hotels do not do this anymore for extended stays. We were there 4 nights.

You get what you pay for. This hotel is very outdated. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable but the bathroom needs a complete overhaul. The view from front window is the empty parking lot and the rear was a view of garbage dumpsters

Staff was excellent. Room was in a hallway that smelled horrible and the place was very old and in need of an update badly.

Rom was as expected! Receptionist was pleasant, explained everything and walked to the entrances where best to park and access the room. Asked us if we had a preference of floors and moved us to the lower level as there was no elevator! Room was clean and tidy, a little dated, but overall not too bad!

Spent 2 nights at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and staff was pleasant and helpful. The room had been refurbished, but was still a mix of old and new. Would stay again.
