The front desk staff was helpful and attentive.

I had a great sleep.

Rooms are small and dated. You can hear clear conversations of the guests in the next room. There is no air conditioning, no ventilation in bathroom. The shower is from the 1960s. Mattresses are also dated and can feel the springs. They over sell car parking so you have to end up parking on the footpath and still pay. We stayed on a Friday night and in the elevator was advertised as $10 gin day from 4pm. They did not honor this after 6pm. This is misleading advertising. I would not stay here again and will also be adding to our corporate do not stay list.

Good easy city stay

Atura Wellington is an appropriately priced basic hotel. It has everything you need in a hotel. I like its location. Easy walk past the Parliament buildings into town. Car parking is not a challenge at this time of year or for those who know the tricks of city parking for free.

I booked the cheapest room and it was small but everything inside felt luxurious. The linens were clean and pristine. The elevator/lift had extra security feature of taping room key to access floors. The food and coffee were even good. I loved the view of the city from my room. Outstanding.

A good base for exploring wellington, only 5 minutes walk from the beehive. Rooms are tidy with everything you need and at a competitive price.

Second time and getting to like its central location and access to the Motorway. Clean and comfortable and friendly staff.

Thorndon feels unlike the rest of Wellington, it has its own vibe, so to stay in a pleasant hotel there was fine. 2 min walk to great supermnarket, and 5 min to railway station.

Staff were friendly and helpful 🙂 Dinner was lovely but unfortunately breakfast wasn't so good. Bacon was quiet tough as though it had been sitting a while, mushrooms and egg were cold

The property is dated, bathroom sink is small, no aircon and only one opening window in the bathroom, the room was hot. Was clean and had comfy bed.

We had a great experience at the Atura and would like to give a special thanks to the staff for letting us keep our luggage with them after checkout since our car had been compromised in Taupo on the trip down. Much appreciated from both of us.

Really good value for money, comfy bed, good facikities, and quiet. The location to get on and off motorway is easy and it’s easy to walk places too.

Clean but noisy

Room poorly serviced. Bed poorly made. There wasnt even a shower mat. Very mean with tea and coffee choices. TV poorly set up requiring tuning and access selection for HDMI everytime you turned it on. For $28 the parking access is poor which wasnt charged on our previous visit.

Great location, reasonable prices, clean, helpful staff. Charging for EV available. I would definitely recommend.

Has gone a little down hill since my last stay. Food not as good and casual attire of staff below par.
