This is an interesting hotel 2 minutes walk from Senigallia Railway Station. (100 meters). Google maps are inaccurate and will tell you that you have to cross the tunnel of SS... this is not true and I recommend tat the hotel staff contact google to sort this out. Check in was very effecient and fast.(2 minutes) The Room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke many languages. The breakfast buffet was neat and the food was good. The barista was perfect. Nothing to complain about. I highly recommend and I enjoyed my 1 night stay. The area around the property is not fancy.. Typical italian bus / railway station combination. It is a bit outdated and might use some renovation but nothing critical... I would come again. Check out took like 15 seconds.

Helpful, friendly, welcoming - what more could you ask!

The Sembhotel was ideal with easy access to town and Beach, and superbly placed for rail and bus trips to surrounding places of interest. The Giro d’Italia (the Italian equivalent of the Tour de France) passed by right under our balconies. Excellent! Even though on a busy road and next to the railway station, the sound insulation was perfect.

Nice large hotel next to railway station. Our room overlooked the railway tracks and the trains kept us awake. We asked to move to the opposite side and it was quieter the next 2 nights. The rooms were fairly large and it looked like the bathrooms were recently renovated, very nice. The breakfasts were good with lots of choices and the staff were friendly & efficient. The hotel is close to the old town & just a couple blocks from the beach, which was beautiful. Best restaurants (for us) were along the beachfront.

The hotel was a little dated but the staff were very helpful. My room was an ok sizer. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpfull.

We paid about £50 for our double room, and for that price it was great. Hotel staff were helpful and room was comfy and spotless, and in a good location for the station and waterfront (which was buzzing in early June). However, our air con wasn't working and when we asked to switch rooms the other room's air con was no better. We had to sleep with the window open and as the hotel is next to a train line it was pretty noisy. Would recommend for a quick stop off regardless.

Hotel was very close to the train station and within a very short walking distance to the center of both the beach area and the downtown Historic area, The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and also most of the staff spoke English. the morning breakfast was very good.

Nuova gestione. Nuove persone.Ma mi trovo sempre bene. Sono molti anni che vengo a Senigallia e mi piace sempre come la prima volta. Ho conosciuto tante persone, molte siamo AMICI da sempre. Posti bellissimi, aria buona, mare stupendo, persone gentili e cucina ottima.

Ottima la colazione camera confortevole bagno pulito e perfettamente funzionante ci eravamo gia stati e ci siamo ritornati .da consigliare

Hotel complessivamente buono a due passi dal centro, dal mare e dalla stazione ferroviaria. Camera spaziosa con un comodo terrazzo, sempre pulita, dotata di aria condizionata , cassaforte e frigobar. Personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Il bagno andrebbe un po’ rivisto ma niente di eclatante. Ottima la colazione molto ben fornita, con buonissimi cappuccini serviti sul momento.

Séjour de 2 nuits pour profiter de la côte adriatique et visiter Ancone. Hôtel bien situé mais mauvaise indication pour rejoindre les commerces. Dommage! Dommage aussi que le parking soit seulement "disponible" cad se trouver une place par soi-même.

Non è un 4 stelle (al massimo 2). L'hotel è molto vecchio, i bagni sono rimasti agli anni '70, le camere sono piccole. Costa meno della media dei 4 stelle, ma molto di più di una struttura di pari qualità. Note positive: il personale si impegna per compensare le carenze dell'hotel ed è la nota lieta assieme alla colazione (ottima ed anche in questo caso il valore aggiunto è rappresentato dalle persone che operano ai tavoli).

Soggiorno in B&b con ottima colazione. Qualche problema con l'ascensore ma per il resto e tutto ok.

Sono stata pochi giorni, ma come prima cosa vorrei spendere due parole sul personale che è eccellente. C'é stato un problema con l'ascensore ed io avendo un problema al ginocchio mi hanno subito aiutata! La colazione normale, ma certo, non da 4stelle. La location è stile anni 50, non sarebbe male rinnovare qualcosa, i bagni sopratutto! Non credo tornerei, peccato, perché con il personale mi sono trovata davvero bene e non è scontata

Hotel è un po’ datato ma è tenuto benissimo, posizione strategica vicino alla stazione, a pochissimi passi dal centro e dal lungo mare Camera spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort accogliente e pulita, unica pecca il bidet inutilizzabile perché è molto attaccato al wc. Possibilità di mangiare con prezzi modici sia a pranzo che a cena, cucina ottima menu con due primi e due secondi a scelta e un buffet di contorni. Colazione a buffet molto fornita ma in una sala molto fredda consiglierei di alzare di qualche grado aria condizionata. Personale accogliente e molto disponibile Per qualsiasi richiesta. In breve ….molto soddisfatti

Struttura 4 stelle ma forse negli anni 80.sanitari di colore blu datati, doccia e rubenetteria anni 80, stanza uguale. Forse un rimodernamento non farebbe male
