Upon arriving within the hotel on May 19,2017, the main lobby smelled great and looked very clean. The desk clerk was nice also. I booked a room for two nights from online. I was given room 209. At first the room seen great and very clean. I opened the night stand drawer and there were cookies and dipping tobacco left in the drawer. When entering the restroom my girlfriend asked me to come in there cause there was a roach in the restroom. I notified the clerk at the desk and he said they would move us to another room and that they apologize for this issue. The next room we received the next day was room 226 which was also nasty. The toilet was filthy, tissue exposed as if someone had already used it and the shower had mildew in the corners along the side. I contacted the desk clerk again and explained to him that this room was nasty also. Now I get moved to room 227. Again the toilet was nasty and there was hair left in the shower along with exposed tissue again. Contacted desk clerk and got room 229 this time. He inspected the room with me and seen that it was nasty as well. There was gum left stuck in the carpet, toilet was nasty, hair in the shower, and used tissue still present. The clerk then says I can give you a refund and you can go find another hotel. My girlfriend couldn't believe what she just heard. We explained to the clerk that there aren't any other rooms available in the area and we just wanted what we paid for which is a nice clean room. We were given another room which was 111. This room had no iron and exposed tissue also. I was tired of switch rooms so we just stayed since we were leaving in the morning.
After switching to 5 different rooms they could have at least given a refund for one of the nights in this hell whole. I will never stay here again and would encourage you to do the same if you value your money.
