Great place to stay

An older property of service apartments, some with residents and some holiday go-ers. Everything was clean and comfortable enough, good air conditioning split systems,fans in each room, nice balcony. Parking was free underground and convenient. Was great for a 5 night stay noting there is no room service. Wouldn’t stay longer than that. But all in all a good cost effective option in a decent area between Surfers and Broadbeach.

Excellent location

LOVED IT!! About a 15 min walk to surfers paradise however only 3 min walk to the tram which costs $1.50 and gets you there in less than 5 mins. Also just 2 min walk to the beach Gym onsite wasn’t great, only 4 pieces of equipment. Lovely spacious apartment and balcony FREE TENNIS

The one bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable, reasonably quiet and competitively priced. Close to the tram stop and about half way between the Broadbeach shopping\dining area and Cavill Mall, so you can have a lovely walk to either or take the tram. We didn't use the pool or gym but had a look and both seemed really nice. The apartment had a small kitchen and laundry facilities. The receptionist was lovely and very professional when dealing with an, 'interesting' guest as I was checking out. Highly recommend and we will certainly be back.

The apartment was well maintained, clean and comfortable. It felt light and airy and had views out to the hinterland from the balcony and bedroom. It’s halfway between Cavill and Broadbeach and is relatively quiet with beach, coffee and a small grocer (Broadbeach Grocer) all a few minutes walk. Close to bus and tram stop. Lovely pool area and tennis court. Enjoyed our stay.

Easy, safe, clean, quiet, friendly staff and affordable

Excellent location situated close to the beach, the G tram & shops. The pool was clean & clear & the staff very friendly & helpful We will be staying again.

The stay was great 15 minutes walk to surfers great room big bathroom with spa will be staying there again very soon

Tidy Clean unit (a little tired); helpful staff convenient location

Apartment neat and clean but small. Nice balcony and view. Pool and spa were great. Undercover free car parking was an asset. However, interior very small, suitcases need to be kept in living room as there is only 1 tiny 1 door wardrobe. No towel racks in bathroom which doubles as a laundry. No broom, no dish brush or kitchen sponge, just a tea towel. Convenient location.

Property was really clean and comfortable. Easy parking and walking distance to Broadbeach.

Enjoyed our stay there, loved the pool, spa and sauna, ice machine near pool was handy too

We booked the hotel becos of the spa, but the condition is not very good and hence we haven’t used it for the 5 days 4 nights that we stayed. The toilet was broken in our first room, water kept running in the tank which created a lot of noise and my girl can’t sleep well becos of it. Mario was very helpful to switch off the main water switch and let us change to another room. The second room is even more dated than the first one despite it has some sort of ocean view. Overall speaking, the hotel is dated, some stains on pillow case, the chairs at balcony are disgusting. But I have to say Mario is very helpful and friendly. The location is ok, as the hotel is within walking distance to light rail station and bus station for going to sea world. The pool was ok.

Our room was a little dirty the couch could have be cleaner, the bed mattress was too lumpy and cupboard and fridge handles sticky

Light globes missing, no extra towels for swimming, quarter filled milk container, Foxtel not working, swimming area cleaned when pool is open (7:15-7:30am) not before so all chairs/lounges wet.

Lovely clean apartment with only a very few minor areas needing more attention. Comfortable bed and I'm a bed snob, pillows basic though. Great to have a spa bath. Would have appreciated an extra set of towels seeing as we stayed 6 days and wanted to use pool as well. Felt like we were constantly drying them whereas an extra set would give the opportunity to hang up wet ones to dry on balcony naturally. Great pool spa area. Overall very safe and comfortable and would recommend. Thanks

Good position, close to beach and sea front paths. Tram stop about a 5 minute walk and trams run every 7 or 8 minutes. The stop is about half way between Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. The Apartment has a seaview and well equipped, unfortunately for us the washing machine in the room was broken, the door would not open, this was reported twice, but not fixed throughout our stay, the engineer did apparently come in but no update was given to us and no offer was made to use any other facility!!! this was a real downside to this property... The room itself was looking a bit tired, the paintwork would benefit by a little freshening up.

Pool great, rooms average, free underground car park fantastic, location good. Bathrooms in particular need a refresh. Spa baths are from the 70's .... literally
