There was easy access to the freeway. Since weather was a factor in our stay, the surrounding area was not as well kept.

I didn’t like that I was asked if I’d like my room cleaned the next day, I replied yes. I told them I would be gone from 9:30 am till the evening. When I returned at 8 pm, no one had cleaned the room. I was tired & aggravated.

Not a lot of parking. The lighting in parking garage could be better. Felt uneasy. Inconvenient.

Card key didn’t work and had to go back down to front desk. However, agent at the desk was extremely helpful in resolving the issue promptly

Average at best, especially compared with other Courtyard properties. 15 a night to park. No luggage carts, oven was broken so no on site food options, and no microwave in room. Coffee makers are ancient, K-cup machines should be standard. Awkward bathroom setup too. Would not recommend given that it is the same price as other chains that do not charge for parking and have nicer amenities.

Overall nice stay and good location

The desk service workers were very nice on checking. The room was updated, clean and comfortable. The food at the lobby cafe was really good. Great stay!

False advertising! Booked a room with two queen beds supposedly with 355 sq ft and photos same as shown for the suite with 2 queen beds for a little less. Room was just standard 2 queen room, did not match the photos, and definitely was smaller than 355 sq ft.

Clean nice hotel, easy breakfast options .
