Stained sheets and hair in the bed . Had to change ourselves. No pools running . Won’t stay again :(

The experience was disappointing. The cleanliness of the property was subpar, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout the premises. Additionally, the staff appeared undertrained; they were unable to program my room key for the entire duration of my stay. To make matters worse, I was overcharged by more than $100, which added to the frustration.

Definitely one of the coolest insides of a hotel in northern BC

Not satisfied with the stay. Breakfast is very limited. Property was unkept. Pool and hot tub were out of order! Staff wasn’t friendly

It was all good clean and quiet

You get what you pay for obviously. The motel should be counted as 2 star. The pool and hot tub aren't working. The breakfast was nothing to brag about. The one stairwell floor was always sticky and my wife slipped 2 different times while walking there. The center area with all the plants was really beautiful. Felt kind of like we weren't in Canada.

There haven’t been any changes since it was Esther’s inn. No money has been invested. I found it disappointing

Never got my deposit of$300 and was charged another $205 would like my money back

The hotel couldn’t find my booking. None of the pools were open. And hadn’t been open for a week prior to us checking in. If you want your room cleaned you have to request it the day before. Regardless if you put a door tag on asking for maid service. They cleaned the room once and all they did was make the bed and replace towels. After paying $500 for our stay I’m disappointed to say the least.

Only dining option in hotel is east indian food. Pool closed...not sure why.

Parking lot was cramped with unregistered vehicles that didn’t move for days.

Every time you sat on the bed the bed would lift up. The person above us every time they would use the water the pipes would sound like we were having an earthquake. I have stayed there a lot and it’s gone downhill even in the last 6 months. I will never stay there again

Broken bed dirty room

We had no hot water.The control on the thermostat was not working.Room was so hot.All my chocolate melted. None of the pools or hot tubs are functioning. The cleaning staff are extremely noisy as of 9 am with no respect for clients.

Had dog barking in next room and was told we couldnt get our room cleaned. Was dirty upon check in will never stay at this hotel ever again

There were people wandering the lot scoping vehicles and guests just outside our room at 12:30 am making so much noise. On site security guard was aware and did nothing even when we complained. Front desk staff couldn’t careless when we complained.

Stay was great except for pool not available. Great location

Awful service

Old hotel in bad need of updating beds and pillows, only one tv channel, ‘Free’ breakfast was toast, oatmeal and cerial. Sad to see how this old classic hotel has not kept up.
