Amazing service and staff. Hotel a little tired in places.

Courteous and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, awesome food. Perfect place to stay

Staff was exceptional, property was in ok condition though, didnt feel premium in room.

Overall the property is nice and the staff is accommodating and good at taking care of the guest. There is a strange bad smell around the property due to closeness with a dumpster. Not sure if anything can be done about that

The property is located in a quiet part of Delhi and well connected to the city. It has a nice ambience and the staff is very courteous and helpful. However the rules around the swimming pool need to be enforced more seriously.

The room and hotel was well kept. The staff were welcoming and very accommodating. The only downside was the food in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet needs to be changed daily, instead of having the same food. Also, the quality of the food is inconsistent. Other than that, this hotel is very recommended.

Horrible Experience with in-room dining.

Prior to my arrival, I tried to get ahold of them to arrange for an airport pick up. I sent them a message through hotels.com but there was no response until probably a day prior to my arrival. I even tried calling them,using my own data just to reach their office but phone just kept on ringing. I was so upset , I sent them multiple messages about my frustration. They got back to me but even the day of my departure , they said “ they are still trying to make arrangement or still finding a car to pick me up “ at the airport . I was actually surprised because this is not a 2 or 3 star hotel. For them, to have issues in finding a car to pick me up at the airport seems unlikely. So, I finally arrived and gave us our room. I found it odd that despite the bed appeared made and seems clean, the carpet looked dirty. We just ignored it because we were tired from our flight everything was fine until my AirPod fell under the bed and I blind swiped it and as I pulled it towards me, I accidentally grabbed a condom as well and it was used! I told the manager about it! I took a picture of it and showed it to them . I’m not going to post the image here to save everyone’s sight of this grossness. They immediately changed our room and gave us free dinner at the restaurant. The damage is already done though . I mean , I would not dampen my whole review at this hotel with 1 or 2 incidents. The staff has been amazing and helpful inspite of. Shreya, the manager tried her best 2 accommodate us

Overall had an excellent stay. The location is amazing. Close to a lot of landmarks. Service is outstanding with very helpful and attentive personal. We enjoyed the pool area and the spa. Just a suggestion to keep the pool area open longer than 10pm. It is a great place to unwind at the end of the day so would be great if it could be open till late.

All sraff were very freindly. The staff in the restuarant at all times were exeptional and very attentive and explained about different indian dishes and even brought thjngs to our table to taste.

Excellent hotel with very comfortable rooms, beautifully decorated and excellent service. Totally recommended.

nice if not going out. in breakfast will be nice if they telling about extra charge for stuff before bring to the table
