Stay was great we come to watch football.. good shops right outside 👌 one thing i wasnt happy with i booked a family room for 3 of us expecting there to be bedding for the sofa bed obviously. I had to ask then i had to put the covers on ect thank you for a great stay would love to c9me back

Very pleasant stay at the Hyatt House in Stratford. The room was well appointed and suitable to our needs. Breakfast was excellent on Saturday & Monday - but way too busy on Sunday.

Excellent stay

Our room was spacious and clean but TV wasn't working properly. The staff was lovely. But we have asked a few times to get a bottle of water to our room and never received it. The breakfast was really good. They have a bar and a restaurant. It is very convenient to travel around London.

We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt. The staff were professional and also polite and respectful. The security guards were so welcoming and knowledgeable with the area. I want to give a special shout out to them. They really made our daily outings easier and more straightforward. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Regular visitor to this hotel. Its conveniently placed for the underground and the parking is fairly priced. Staff are fantastic, rooms are clean and spacious and breakfast is plentiful

Great apartment hotel, had everything we needed in the room, was clean, comfy bed, quiet, and very conveniently located. All the staff we met were friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was delicious with a good range of hot and cold options in the buffet, and comfortable restaurant to eat in.

My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt, Stratford for one night in one of their suites on the 12th floor. With the only proviso being that the toilet roll holder was loose, it was virtually perfect. (If I had my screwdrivers with me then it'd take 30 seconds to fix that!). And, after a quality night's sleep, the breakfast was excellent too. The hotel is ideally located for the Westfield Centre, the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and for ABBA Voyage.

Basic property, which wasn't very clean with old chips and other items left on the floor behind the curtains and bed side cabinet.

A comfortable room with a fully equipped kitchenette along with friendly and helpful staff made for a great stay. Excellent breakfast too. Public transport links meant this location is ideal for visiting London and surrounding area. Now looking for an excuse to use this hotel again.
