Very nice hotel has private beach, beautiful scenery. Staff were very friendly. Isabella was awesome, she was pleasant and helpful with her advices. Also Stravolla was nice and cheerful. The breakfast was nice and delightful. The restaurant offer great homemade traditional food, the location was convenient and quiet. The hotel was clean and spotless. We definitely stay in this hotel when we go back to Crete.

Run down condition. Bath did not drain. Pool was green. Breakfast good but a little overpriced.

This hotel is great value for money and caters for both self catering as well as full range of dining options. The staff are very welcoming and will do everything to make your stay a great one. It is a modern well designed hotel which will be demand as the developments around it are completed. The beach is a selling point and access to shops, bars and restaurants all in easy walking distance.

We had a lovely chilled out week at Nautilus Bay Hotel. Just what was needed. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

The hotel manager and bar waitress were absolutely amazing people. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the food was exceptional! We stayed here to go to the pink beach and it was a crazy mountainous drive and crowded but the hotel made up for that in their amazing view! We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

Great location for a vacation. About an one hour from Chania and Elafonissi beach. Host were excellent. Provided a buffet Breakfast, which was good. Love there coffee machine during breakfast

Nautilus bay was a wonderful place to stay in Crete. Our room was large and had a big patio outside. The staff was great. The breakfast, both the food and restaurant views were excellent. The weather was a bit chilly, so we didn't get to use the pool or beach chairs and umbrellas. It was so quiet and relaxing there. It a short walk to the restaurants on the waterfront on downtown Kissimos.

We had a beautiful room over looking the ocean. A beautiful breakfast set up in the morning. Maria was just a doll and helpful with tips of great restaurants to go to and completely prepared us for Balos beach by ensuring we wore shoes and not flip flops! Best advice! Isabella was also very sweet and knowledgeable. Very nice property with wonderful service! Thank you Maria and Isabella!!!

Family owned & operated hotel with friendly and helpful attitudes.

Being on the beach meant not having to take anything with you, just stroll back to the room. Or order from the bar and they bring it to you on the beach where they had numerous sunbeds with shade. Dont usually do hotels but this had the best of both worlds with a fridge and hob, plates cutlery etc and kettle in the room if you didnt want a full restaurant or bar. Our first room was VERY close to the pool which made for some kiddy noise but they swiftly moved us up a floor which was great. If you have kids it is very easy to keep an eye on them in the pool, just that we dont. People were all lovely a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Staff were helpful and the place was perfect for recovering from our daily advebtures to surrounding beaches.
