Generally the accommodation is very convenient to go many places. Near the property, there is myeodong station and chungmuro station which is convenient for transfers. Although the thing is that the property does not have an elevator to move, only the elevator to move luggage, compared to the photo, the room is quite good, the soundproofing of the room is also very boring, but still, the owner is enthusiastic and friendly.

Pros: 3 minute walk to Chungmuro Station and Airport Bus Station. Affordable. Free tea, strawberry jam and toast. Free drinking water. Area is safe. Owner, Mr. Kim is kind and accommodating. Cons: Weird rules. Room is not sound-proof. No receptionist most of the time. Owner can speak limited English. Small room can only accommodate 2 carry on baggage.

The worse hostel we’ve been to. Really regret to stay here because of no refund we just lived with it. This is my comment about this hostel 1. Free toiletries? I don’t think so, they just provide you a couple of towels, used soap (but I think it is bought by the previous couple that stayed in the room as we also bought ourself soap and toothpaste). Oh ya, the towel keep decreasing by days. Our from 4 into 2 pieces on the 4th and 5th day. And yes, I myself requested for soap and toothpaste from the owner but all he said is about bad economy and his hostel is the cheapest around. What a dick cheapskate! 2. Free amenities? Nope, don’t dream about it. There’s nothing to use here. Even though we just wash out few pairs of shirts and pants the owner rushed to us said it was overload. The washing machine is 10kg capacity and our laundry barely 5kg. He himself put the detergent probably afraid that we overuse. We have to ask the cleaner for washing machine because the reason why we choose this hostel is because if it’s facilities mentioned. We stay there for 6 days and only used once. Sighs 3. Free breakfast? Don’t expect too much. All you get is bread and a rusty toaster. Even the bread is not top up everyday so you have to consider others and for the next days. Also there was no spoon or fork provided. We stay at the level 3 and the facilities is poor compare to the level 5. Maybe it’s for the expensive rate room. Yes, no coffee or tea provided just water dispenser. Buy your own coffee or tea. And don’t forget your spoon! 4. Room. Yeah, the room is expected pretty small but the worse part is that there was no housekeeping service! It did mentioned right but they didn’t. The owner told that if you want daily housekeeping then you have to pay for it and he start again to mumbling about bad economies and cheapest rate in town. He even warn not to eat or drink inside the room because if the room is dirty then he will charge on my card. What do you expect from our 6 days stay. Seriously?! 5. Hospitality? Annoyed and irritated! The owner is really annoying and too many restrictions. I think the owner sat there looking at the cctv all the time because how fast response on every thing in the area. You can see him moving around to the customer if they do something just like when we using the washing machine, we can heard his footsteps running towards us from downstairs. Also when we sat at the kitchen at the nighttime and warn us not to make noises but all we do is just sat quietly whispering each other all the time. I think he’s probably afraid we eat the bread (limited). Oh ya, the kitchen area is actually the corridors to the room and very narrow space. People move around on your back while you take your breakfast and it’s very uncomfortable. So far our trip in Korea is great but only this one bad experience on our stay here. So think twice or more guys. Good Luck!
