Staff was excellent!! Clean room and very comfortable!! Thank you for a great stay!!

Hot water was not hot water!!! Lukewarm at its best!!!! Even then took a long time to even get luke warm water out!!!!

Nice room

Very nicely appointed hotel suited with full kitchen for extended stays if you need to do business around the Galliano area. Very comfortable with friendly staff.

Worst place to stay the staff were so rude and disrespectful it was unbelievable how they treated a guest

Did not get room I reserved, was not informed of downgrade before check in, was told all rooms same price at $200 . Reservation stated breakfast included, failed to mention you have to leave property to sister property to another hotel to eat.

Great staff and clean rooms.

Candle wood moved us next door to the Holiday Inn so we could have a ground floor room, and everything was wonderful! The room was new, super clean, and everyone at Candlewood and the Holiday Inn were so nice! Great breakfast and awesome coffee!

All employees were exceedingly friendly, polite, and helpful. Our room was super clean and roomy. We look forward to staying at other Fairfield Inns in the future now that Covid is allowing us to travel more.

Me and my girls went out there for a dance competition and the room was very clean. The staff always greeted us in and out of the doors. I highly recommend that hotel.

Nice hotel, the internet is horribly slow however. If you need to move around large files for work it is damn near impossible. Had booked for 3 nights but needed to check out after just 1. Simply impossible to do my work with such terrible internet service.
