I will always come back here to stay for my travels. Best hotel. Hands down.

Pros: clean & newer hotel, comfy enough bed Cons: It was noisy. We had an adjoining room with people we didn’t know and could hear them and their dogs into the night. I did not sleep well. Also, the bathroom door is sliding a doesn’t lock.

I enjoyed the contactless check-in and the digital key. The room was a nice size and was very clean.

very friendly service and great accomodations

The hotel and amenities were excellent. Most of the hotel staff we ran into were friendly. We did have 1 negative experience. Their pool closes at 11 and we were there until around 10:45. By the time we went upstairs and showered, it was 11:10 or so. While blow-drying our hair we got a knock on the door by the front desk person who told us, a little rudely, that we were being too loud. We had to immediately stop and the knock/talking woke up my baby who cried on and off for over an hour while I tried to put him to sleep again. I'm pretty sure we were a lot louder after that and I had a sleepless night worrying about getting more noise complaints if my baby woke up crying in the middle of the night.

We had a lovely stay at the Southridge Hampton Inn! Staff were great and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each day we ate. Thanks for a great stay!

It was super clean. Very nice staff. Would recommend friends and family to stay.

Front staff at around 2:30 am was very mean and negative

Accidentally left our dirty laundry/dirty laundry bag in our room after check out, called to see if we can turn around and pick it up or have them ship it to us, but they said they already threw it in the trash even though it was only 2 hours after our checkout. We’re from out of state so we only stayed the night and were on the road right after we had breakfast at the hotel.

Fast , overnight stay

Stay was great. Customer service was fantastic. Bed was a little too firm for me, but that depends on people’s preferences. The shower head was calcified quite a bit, so when you tried to have it on the setting that covered the most area, it felt like it was shooting out a bunch of needles. It just needs to be soaked in distilled vinegar for about 24 hours to remove the calcium buildup. I would recommend the hotel though.
