300m from daikokucho station. 1km from namba area. Can be reach by walk, so far this hotel is so satisfying. Spacious, comfort and sound. With nice staffs.

Clean room standard room size Japan. Not too big hotels in Japan almost like that. The hotel location is very close to Dai Kokucho metro station. Ama is close to good Matsuya restaurants at affordable prices.

The location of the hotel is not far from the Daikokucho station but exits on exit 2 (if I don't remember it wrong) which also just goes down 1station has arrived at Namba. I stayed 3 nights here and overall was satisfied. The room and the mattress are quite large in the sense for me and my partner, and 2 cabin-sized suitcases can still be opened together, the food is not suitable with my tongue and maybe a partner. So I only ate one time and the rest of the breakfast voucher I didn't do, then point plus here, if we paste the exO instructions (rooms are only cleaned but don't ask for new amenities) when exiting the room when returning there will be mineral water for compensation.

My 3 night stay at Richmond was very pleasant. Location wise it is 4 out of 5, 5-8mins walk will take you to Daikokucho station. Breakfast was delicious! plus they have taken out coffee that was a huge help for sleepy head like me. Another outstanding point, this hotel provide free smartphone service. You can actually use the phone outside, with free internet connection and unlimited calls to local and selected countries. It also has suggestions on what to do and place to visit in Japan. I personally love my stay and will def choose Richmond if had chance to visit Osaka once again.

The location is close to Daikucho hotel which is sabwat, the breakfast is a large variety of choices, full room facilities, good service, friendly staff and good English. Recommended want to stay in here for next trip.

I stayed with my husband and 1-year-old child by ordering a standard double room and breakfast package. The size of the bed is right for us, the room with complete facilities plus a gadget, iron, safety box, even a deodorizing bed that can be used while in the hotel only we don't get bottled water every day and it's not a problem for us. When we checked-in we gave a complimentary package of facial and bath care packages for 1 time for women as well as a face care package for men in the dewy dewin dewy dewin with a treatment for additional surprise lines, there was a sponge toothbrush package and slips for my child who was packed with a very cute package was very pleasant once a once in a while. Every day from 14.00-20.00 there are fresh drinks provided free of charge in the restaurant section. The breakfast was full and a lot of choices and once again made me happy for my 1 year child besides being provided with a baby chair, there was an apron as well as a whole lot of flatware plates for kids and especially porridge (because my child only want to eat porridge) which I did not find in the hotel jep. Hotels with family-friendly facilities, unfortunately the bed linen and nightgowns are starting to look worn out maybe because of the old hotel but this is kept clean. For the location close to family mart, and there was a convoy of shelters near at least that I noticed while walking towards the subway every day. To subway itself is not so far and not so close.

Nice, premium located hotel, next to pachinko slot machine, opposite there is "the burg" resto, shabu shabu and many resto, and not to noisy, very good for family to have a resting place

I stay 3 nights, front office service is friendly and good in english. The room amenities are excellent as are the 4 star, towels and premium linen are replaced newly and rooms are cleaned daily room service cleaning and small children also get extra towel, toothkit and slipper shirts. Room rates are cheap for hotels in osaka and close to Daikokucho station and near Namba city and dotonbori. There is a halal food menu when bteakfast (on request). Over all good. we will stay in this hotel next time.
