We absolutely loved our stay at the Dutch, Maastricht was a gem of a city and the Dutch is perfectly located if you like wandering. It’s a 5 minute walk to the train station and about a 10 minute walk to the city center. We plan on staying here again!

A different type of hotel, but I absolutely loved it!! We had a large room (61) and it was perfect.

Great hotel in a magnificent city

Simple, clean, and convenient

Only complaint is booking a double room with double bed but they had 2 single beds together with 2 single duvets which is very impractical.

The overall experience of the hotel was excellent with staff being particularly friendly and helpful. The room was fun, well appointed and the quality of bed linen and towels very goood. Would certainly highly recommend.

Liked the location. Didn't like drilling at 7.30 in the morning or the musty smelling room on arrival.

Fabulous place to stay, everything was perfect - top of the list as and when we return to Maastricht and will recommend to anyone we can!

This is my first experience of a staff free hotel. Check in was straight-forward as was check out. Property was clean and well laid out in a quiet area and convenient for railway and bus. I gave a low rating for staff as we did not see any. I would have given a higher overall rating but for the fact that someone decided to upgrade the televisions in the morning. Have you ever been woken by someone using A F#####G HAMMER DRILL on the other side of your wall? I hope that the laundry is able to get the sheets clean. Overall I was quite happy but the drill experience on my last morning was a severe downer. If there had been a receptionist then they would have got an earful.

Great location, helpful recommendations for restaurants in local area. Lounge area with complimentary water, fruit, tea and coffee was a good feature.

This hotel is fine. Very quiet. Self-serve check-in and bar. They can deliver you a "breakfast in a bag" but no restaurant. So, you hardly see anyone who works there. The room was very spacious for a European hotel and the bathroom was split with a room for bath and one for toilet. It is a convenient walk from the train station and into the old town.

Stayed in the extra large room, it was amazing! The disco ball above the bath tub with music was a nice surprise.

We can't wait to go back again. So clean and perfect for stay, within walking distance of everything. Very laid back, modern clean, rooms perfect. Thank you the Dutch😊

Honestly, great prompt service, attentive staff when needed, ready check in and out, nice touches like the decor, fruit, coffee machine, chocolate croissants!!! Prices right, and in a great location.

This hotel was quite unusual with self service check in and a hang out area and honesty bar. Our room was great, quiet and clean. The bathroom could have done with some modernisation. The one member of staff we met was friendly and helpful.

Excellent location

The Hotel was well situated from the train station, less than 5 minute walk. The Hotel itself was very good, easy to self check in, but always a member of staff their to assist if needed. Room was very clean and spacious. Free coffee and tea was most welcome along with fruit and water. Plenty of restaurants near by, so not far to walk. All in all I would highly recommend The Hotel Dutch.

very nice location and parking out front

Amazing hotel to stay in. So many extras that most hotels in this category don’t supply. The hang out room with unlimited coffees / tea, bananas, fruit in fridge, pastries, games set up like chess, connect four, etc. ( though the unending female skimpy dancing on screen music videos in hang out room were very sexist for these times and loud so didn’t make it relaxing to read and ‘hang out’) A fun quirky sense of humour throughout the hotel. Well designed rooms. Self checkin and out was so easy. Close to railway station and heaps of eating places in close proximity
