The front desk team went out of their way to make guest feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived. They were attentive, joyful and helpful. There were events/parties happening 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, so the lobby and our floor were busy, but once we were in our room, it was not an issue (noise did not travel). Overall incredible stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

It was just a short stopover - for one night. However I was made to feel welcome and a valued guest - I also had a couple of excellent meals.

Place is great. Room was terrible. I didn’t think it was going to be this tiny. the restos are good and the staff is all hella young and cool. Would come back if they have better rooms available. Rina K and Rina were the host hosts

Great boutique hotel in heart of Tokyo. Friendly and attentive service. The standard room is quite small with no storage so really best for single person. Super convenient location, near transportation.

I appreciated their hospitality. The location was perfect - exactly where I wanted to be. I wish I got to check out the event/chapel space but didn’t have the time on my short trip. I would definitely stay with them again!

Great location, beautiful quiet property. Too bad had no pool And no area open only to guests vs public. Staff very friendly Upgrade was great!

The bed in the room was uncomfortable and the ladder to the loft was dangerous. Room was expensive for what it was. Otherwise, hotel facilities (lobby, staff, etc.) were nice.

Amazing location in the Shibuya area and incredibly cool experience in Tokyo. Stay here if you care about good design, architecture, boutique hotels, coffee, culture, fashion, etc. It’s an excellent curation and reflection of what’s happening/up and coming in Shibuya. Loved the attention to details in the hotel design, friendly/beautiful staff, access to coffee/food options, and walkability to the heart of Shibuya in 5-10 mins. I’ve stayed at the Aman and Park Hyatt and while this hotel doesn’t offer the amenities or service of a five star hotel, it punches above its weight and is where I will stay next if given the choice between all the options. Loved the vibe and the service! Cool rooms and the breakfast was tasty.

Trunk hotel is our favorite spot to stay in Tokyo. Every detail at this hotel has had thought put into it. The staff is also incredible. Everyone was beyond accommodating during our stay. Also really great shopping right out the front door with the RVCA store and tons of other great stores.

It’s a very pleasant stay at Trunk. The trunk bar experience is very nice. The overall atmosphere is great.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Friendly staff, lovely design and perfect location. Would not stay anywhere else in Tokyo. Only minor thing would that it would be nice to have some body lotion to use along with all the lovely hand wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Thankyou for a fantastic stay, we will be back!

Excellent hotel in the charming neighborhood of Shibuya. The hotel has a wonderful staff and a very comfortable, hip vibe. I loved it.

I had an amazing stay at The Trunk. The hotel staff were very friendly and very accomadating. Not only did they map out fun activities for my day they also made dinner reservations that exceeded my expectations for restaurant atmosphere and food taste. The location is a 10 if you like trendy hip vibe. It’s one block from Cat Street. Stay here if you can get a reservation!!!

Trunk is without doubt the nicest funkiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in when in Tokyo. lovely helpful staff,nice bar which plays pretty cool music. great little Trunk store,great restaurant and a big mention to the lovely Ilaria who looks after guest relations can’t wait to go back👍
