Hallways were dirty with cereal crushed into the rug. Bare foot imprints on the elevator floor and floors around the breakfast stations. It smelt like weed on our floor during the stay.

The property was updated, offered a shuttle service and surprisingly had a really nice indoor pool area.

Fire alarm went off for 1 hour with no explanation

The hotel was clean, appeared renovated, friendly staff, and good water pressure in the shower (so important!). The downside was the towels were not soft at all, the bed was very firm and the pillows were very soft/ flat, so neither of us got much sleep because we were so uncomfortable.

Great place to stay; very clean! Comfortable and spacious room! Close to shops and restaurants and to Mystic. Loved the free shuttle to Mohegan Sun Casino and arena theater!

Check in was seamless. Front desk staff was SO kind. Room was very clean and location was perfect!

Rooms are consistently clean and well appointed. Staff is friendly, checkin and out is a breeze. Pool and hottub are outstandingly. This is always our 1st choice hotel in the area.
