Convenient airport hotel

What made me return to this hôtel was the quality of the food, and above all else, the friendliness of the staff. Case in point, jet lag made us miss breakfast we're paid for, bit they still gave us pastries and coffee. We then forgot an item, and I've if the staff came to find us in the parking lot. Voilà, la classe.

Hotel is convenient and close to the airport

It was as good as it gets, comfortable, clean, quite. Pillows could be nicer.

Does not provide shuttle to airport 😓

My husbands eyes came up with an infection after showering in the shower. The place was clean. But there was black mould in the shower room.

Super convenient for a late arrival or early departure, just across terminal 4. Nice staff, very helpful, new furnitures, comfy bed!

Very conveniently located across Orly airport Terminal 4. I had a little trouble finding the bridge to cross to get there (it’s outside the airport, there is an elevator at the bottom of the bridge) but the hotel was clean , room was comfy, staff was friendly! There is no room service outside of meals hours but I was able to grab a light meal at the bar!

Excellent hotel at Orly airport

Lovely staff. Very helpful. Comfortable room and bed. Great buffet breakfast- worth the price. Didn't like the walkway over from Orly airport. Difficult to figure out from the directions given although easily visible from the airport itself. Part of it is open to the weather- not great! Elevator to get up to the walkway wasn't working so had to carry luggage up and down steep stairs to get there. And no shuttle bus available

My wife and I were in our room and a stranger walked in on us. They double booked our room and this experience was beyond humiliating and unsettling.

Quality sleep for when you have a morning flight from Orly. Love the lobby amenities for kids and the ambiance of their bar and restaurant.

Perfect spot for a layover. Staff very helpful. Very good breakfast with lots of choice. Room really comfortable with enough space and well designed bathroom.

Very close to the airport and u just walk across the bridge to get to terminal 4 and all other terminals

Nice hotel

I really enjoyed staying at Novotel overnight with my children. We had a long distance flight the next day and we were rested and happy. Thank you! Perfect option for anyone traveling without the hassle of going into the city
