ok hotel, good service, convenient location near the center

The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are not soundproofed well but clean. The staff is enthusiastic. I was impressed by the security guard named Dung because of his thoughtfulness and enthusiasm. I will book a room when I come to Da Nang next time.

I just checked out and I found the room quite new and clean. The receptionist and the morning security guard were very enthusiastic. I will come back if I have the chance.

The security guard is very unprofessional. He doesn't watch customers coming in and out. When customers come in, Thi Lai Bat turns back to let the car go. Very big.

Tuy mình đặt phòng không có view ban công hay thành phố nhưng phòng rất sạch, đẹp và mới. Nhân viên cũng rất vui vẻ và nhiệt tình, điểm trừ duy nhất có lẽ là đồ ăn sáng còn chưa đa dạng thui. Chung quy là vẫn rất ổn nhé^^

The hotel is new, clean, clean the room every day, the staff is friendly, polite, attentive, the price is reasonable, the interior is very ok. I stayed at the hotel on my birthday and the hotel also gave me a birthday cake. Overall completely satisfied.

The front desk staff and the hotel security uncle were all very enthusiastic even though I checked in almost 12pm. The male receptionist also gave me specific directions and was very friendly. I am very satisfied with my experience in Avora

I encountered 02 problems with this hotel though I was a returned guest. I stayed and left on 8 Jul and came back on 11 Jul. 1. Wrong advertisement:- Twin room photo shows a window with a view.- Room description didn't mention “no view” either.=> What I received was a room with a small window facing a wall though when I checked out on 8 Jul, I specifically checked with hotel staff and requested for a room with a view (and she looked at my online booking & confirmed). 2. I booked and paid for 02 nights on 10 & 11 Jul. I informed them that I wouldn't check in on 10 Jul due to transportation issues but asked them to keep my paid booking and I'd check in the morning of 11 Jul. However, when I got there at 11 am 11 Jul, they put me into a random room (not up to my requirement) because they said they were full. That means as soon as I informed them I got a problem travelling there on time, they sold my ‘paid’ room to another guest. Interesting! They even told me they were flexible to allow my ‘early’ check-in at 11 am on 11 Jul, though well, I paid for 02 nights. I was totally disappointed with staff & service quality. Apart from that, the hotel is new and clean. But my experience was bad. To other guests, be very careful with staff and your request since you may be let down. Khach san moi va sach.
