I brought my wife to stay here. My wife is very happy with the service, facilities and scenery here. Car parking is a little far from the hotel. Parking The parking is very close.

Memorable vacation! This marks our 2nd visit to this enchanting destination, our last visit was in January 2022. The room boasted a breathtaking view and the property continues to exude impeccable maintenance. With its wheelchair friendly facilities, we were able to conveniently store the wheelchair in our room. The kids’ amenities met our expectations and the breakfast spread was nothing short of expansive. Yet the real gem lies in the warmth and hospitality of the staff with special mentions to Manoj, the dedicated intern, Amin and the rest of the team. Their friendliness and unwavering assistance added an extra layer of delight to our stay.

The ambience, the staffs, the facilities & beach all was perfect!

My experiences at 5 stars hotel are below my expectations. Breakfast offered was not tasty and limited of choice. Even has rambut at the kuih kole kacang. However, the views and staffs are magnificent and outstanding. 5 stars for both above.

Enjoy my stay here. The staff was helpful, responsive and went miles to make your stay comfortable. The room conditions were good as advertised. The only drawback was the breakfast was super expensive. But there are many F&B options next to the hotel. We ordered the room service and it was so salty not quite for what you have paid for. Overall we have a pleasant experience in the hotel.

Nice place, really enjoy the stay. The staff went extra mile to cater our request-lower floor and near lobby as my wife is pregnant.

The best thing about the resort would be the staff. From the front desk to the ones manning the restaurants, they did a very good job. Very quick check in, prompt services with the food, nothing much to complain about the services from the staff.

Very beautiful sunrise and the place totally look like in art painting, we really enjoyed our stay and very peaceful environment.

I really enjoyed my stay here the only downside is I stayed only for 1 night. Everyone from the security, bellman, FOAs, housekeepers are really nice. I would like to give a special thanks the kitchen staff (breakfast). They are super nice. Rooms are OK. I really thought my room had a tub but it was just shower which is fine for me but some people might find it deceiving as only the rooms with tubs are shown in the gallery. The beach is super near as well overall I would love to come back here.

Enjoyed 3D2N stay with parents and kids. Great location, walking distance to fast food restaurants and we had a morning walk through the bridge at teluk cempedak. Good service, clean room and friendly staff. Smooth and fast check in with very helpful staff to arrange my parents room closer to facilities. Will come again definitely.

Beautiful beach, very nice room and most heartwarming was the friendly and very helpful staff especially at check in desk Ms. Asyiekin. Location very strategic, walking distance to Starbuck by the beach at Teluk Cempedak and other fast food restaurants.

We had a great time at Hyatt. Our room opens to the garden which added space for the kids to play. Nice swimming pool and clean beach. Loved buffet breakfast and special attention given by the staff - they do remember what you like 🙂. However from observation we understand there is a cut on staff due to the pandemic, this is reflected on the cleanliness. Also, not a fan of seeing baby bed being left on the hallway. Hopefully we get a full swing of Hyatt experience the next visit.

Check in was ok. Until my breakfast (send to my room) all of the sets chose wrongly send. And the food was so spicy that we cant even eat. Call room service to change back the menu but didn't receive any... we have to fasting (with kids) without proper breakfast

Room size is big enough for 4 members family to stay. Worker clean room and replace tower everyday. Breakfast has many choice and tasty, especially nasi lemak and chicken rendang. Walking distance to beach. Beach is clean. However wave is high during monsoon season. Amble parking although 2nd parking about 5mins walking distance. Issue with room ambience, can hear neighbor moving furniture in room or balcony at night. Especially if your neighbor has kids and can hear kids shouting sound. Need to top up to get a sea view room. Stay in block 3 is far about 5mins to lobby. Only 1 lift in building when crowded will need to wait a bit as it service for 5 floors. Beach share with public as some people may enter the beach. In room do not have small carpet or broom to clean the sands from beach. But the room service helps clean the sands in good.
