The hotel is very strategic, the service is also ok. It's just that the room window curtains are moldy.

Plus points + easily accessible location and close to the mall + rooms with wifi facilities, chiller, large TV, polite & friendly staff + spacious rooms with comfortable beds, soundproof so that it creates a calm atmosphere + clean bathroom, clean & quiet hotel area Minus points - there is a thick furry floor carpet, which actually becomes dirty & dusty because dust sticks to the carpet - only 1 toothbrush & toothpaste is provided, in other hotels 2 (a pair) are always provided - the most disappointing thing is when you want to have breakfast, you are told that you can't have breakfast at the buffet because the package is not enough. It doesn't make sense, in the same class as Amarossa 4⭐️! So breakfast is delivered to the room with a simple menu. Very disappointing!

With a location in the middle of the city, easy access to anywhere, as well as the service and cleanliness of the hotel makes me satisfied. Hopefully, the hotel management which is already good can be further improved so that if you visit the Bekasi area, Amrosssa is a definite choice.

The staff communicates in an easy-to-understand language, is service-minded, and the accommodation is close to the meeting room and the mall. The food from the accommodation is traditional food that is worth trying. It is cleaned every day of your stay. The room is quiet, the air conditioning is cool, and there are universal plugs provided in the accommodation (in case you forget to bring an Indonesian plug).

Spacious room size, but the room atmosphere is dark, the toilet is darker. Shower leaks. The hotel location is strategic but right next to a gas station, noisy when trucks honk. Food is ok, staff are friendly and note complaints at check out.
