My bed's foam is almost flat so it's not soft but rather hard. The breakfast tastes like it has a lot of flavorings. The variations are quite a lot but not interesting to try. The others are fine.

The pillows are a bit smelly. The AC in room 309 is not cold, I have called the technician, he said it is normal, but the AC is very different in coldness from room 310 (because I booked 2 rooms).

Praise God, it is comfortable, in the middle of the city, not far from the toll gate and the largest malls in Bekasi City (Pakuwon Mall Bekasi, Metropolitan Mall Bekasi, Summarecon Mall Bekasi).

The room was not clean enough, there were yellow stains on the pillowcase, the walls were full of scribbles, there was cereal on the floor (even though we didn't bring snacks to the room), there were marker scribbles on the bed cover, there was no mini fridge in the room, the breakfast menu was all cold, including soup and chicken porridge, the only warm thing was the omelet because it was made suddenly. Not very satisfying

the receptionist was friendly, I was helped to check in and check out 22 well. after checking in, I ordered nasi goreng kampung food if I'm not mistaken, the price was around 55 thousand. the portion was large, maybe 2 people could eat, the taste was also good so I felt that for that price it was worth it. the swimming pool was clean, the rinsing place was also clean, I felt comfortable spending a long time in the pool even though it was a bit crowded, there were also many seats so I didn't get confused about where to put my stuff. the position of the swimming pool, right above the front lobby. there is also a gym, but I didn't try it because I didn't bring training clothes. for the room, the floor was actually clean, but the part of the wall behind the curtain had peeled off the paint. the mattress also seemed "wet" from liquid. luckily I ordered a twin bed, so I could use the other one. there is a soft and long sofa to relax on, nice for stretching out or watching TV. the toilet is clean, complete facilities. the price per night for the standard room type is very okay.
