The hotel is quite comfortable. It is in the middle of the city and the facilities are also quite good even though it is one of the oldest hotels in Sorong city.

Recommendation: If you go to Sorong, you should stay here

1. Employees/receptionists please be friendlier, there is no greeting at all when guests arrive. Until the registration is finished, no one said thank you, in fact I was the one who said thank you first, then their faces were grumpy and there was no smile at all. 2. The hose for the toilet is leaking. 3. The tissue in the room is not refilled

fast response when complaining about the shower being stuck, when the TV won't turn on... the staff are friendly and kind.

Cafe/Restaurant on the 5th floor rooftop, the food quality is terrible, bland without taste, but the price is sky high. No wonder it's quiet even though the location is good. Please, if it can't be improved, it should be closed because the people who eat feel cheated by paying a lot for such quality.

TERRIBLE, dirty unfriendly and noisy! Linnen full of stains, didn't sleep because of the noise pool was half filled and dirty. What a waste of money

As an old hotel in Sorong. Still okay. There is a little input. Try checking the lounge chairs in the room, many of them are broken. It's better to get rid of them. Because it's quite dangerous to sit on

Almost 3 or 4 times staying at Mariat Hotel, but the fourth time I got a room without a window so it was stuffy and I couldn't see the sun. The hotel is good because we can still charge our phones even though we just leave the room (take the key/card).
