Pros: - Cheap for a budget hotel or transit hotel - Location close to eateries and ferry port - Water heater and AC work well Cons: - Room is very noisy (got a room on the 1st floor behind the reception) and the sound of the elevator and people passing by can be heard non-stop until morning - Room smells of cigarettes and the smell even sticks to clothes - Bedroom and bathroom look unkempt

It's not bad. It's just dark and a bit scary. It's not bad for a minimal budget just for transit.

Very good and clean all around and very convenient food court.

The location is strategic, close to everywhere, you can find anything to eat, overall it's really good. I just don't feel comfortable with the room, there are small cockroaches huhu, pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room, when I checked in the bathroom floor was still very wet, the AC wasn't cold enough. The staff didn't smile much but they were quick to take care of anything. If it's fixed, it's really good for that price.

The room is worth the price. Only the 3rd floor is a bit noisy with billiard sounds.

The receptionist and hotel staff are very friendly, the hotel is clean and fragrant.

Greenland Hotel has become my regular place to stay because besides being close to the city center, it is also comfortable, the staff are friendly, the CS is also good, the only thing lacking here is that you have to use 2 remotes to turn on the TV. So I was confused but I could ask the CS for help, it is clean, the water can be refilled, there is a dispenser on each floor, for the 3rd floor it is hot water, for the 2nd floor it is cold water

There are many foods near the hotel. It's not difficult to find dinner and breakfast. The room is spacious. But the AC is still cold for a long time

With 2 star and the price to pay, what you pay is what you get, cannot expect more. Basically room not so clean, with torn wallpaper, and wall dirty mark. No shampoo and bath utility. The only good is location that near to food eateries and ferry terminal.

The service is good, the place is interesting. There is a billiard place & restaurant, the place is very interesting
