All is good, only little problem with the faucet.

Average is good, but unfortunately the TV wasn’t well functioning enough.

Never book this hotel. Extremely unsanitary and dirty. The bedsheets were dirty, walls were stained and the wasroom tap was broken. There was no sink in the toilet and had only one bucket for everything.

The staff is very friendly, it's really great

It's pretty good, just waiting for breakfast is quite long 🤣. Other than that it's good, service is friendly.

The room is clean, only there is no hot water in the VIP room.

A comfortable hotel to stay in, the rooms and toilets are clean, the staff is friendly and can ask for help, highly recommended 👍.

Please be more careful with the staff & their responsibilities. Until today, I ignored the exchange of my husband's ID card, the service was not good.

Ini bukan tempat istirahat, sampe jam 3 subuh masih aja karoke, ga tau aturan, karna yg lain juga butuh istirahat. Komplen ke ownernya ga ditanggapi. Ga lagi nginap disini.

Pesan delux + TV, tapi TV nya tidak berfungsi. Pesan 2 kamar, yang 1 lewat WA dan kita minta agar disatukan kamarnya sama-sama di Kamuna Garden 2 dan dijawab ia bisa, begitu sampai lokasi ternyata tidak bisa, yang pesan lewat traveloka harus di Kamuna 2 dan yang pesan lewat WA harus di Kamuna 1, sehingga kita terpisah dengan keluarga lainnya.

Nyaman bersih mantap ramah asyik.

Cakep banget si asli ga nyesel deh dijamin, tempat bersih.

The view is okay, but every time you order a room with a TV you can't get a TV, and every time you want to ask for hot water for milk you pay 4 thousand, you want every room to be provided with a hot water kettle.

If possible, don't just have 1 towel in one room. Thank You.

The place is comfortable and clean. Next time I want to go there again.
