The staff was friendly. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The sheets were visibly dirty, and I asked to have them replace them with clean sheets. When they removed the sheet I saw that the mattress protector was very badly stained in multiple places. I asked them to replace that as well and the guy just shrugged. It took three sets of sheets before they found a clean set. There was mold above the sink, and the shower head was also quite moldy. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I stayed in room 301. The TV wouldn't turn on, tried calling the housekeeping phone number several times but they didn't pick up. Other than that, the other services were fine.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, the location is strategic because it is close to hangout places. Hehe, it's just that the bathroom light is a little bit brighter 🩷🙏🏾.

The location is good, suitable for the middle of Sorong city and finding food is easy, there are lots of them around in the middle of the evening, only a lot of people like to ask outside the hotel, and the pillows are really hard, so they keep asking to be changed.

Sudah baik agar di tingkatkan komunikasinya ke resepsionis berikut yang bertugas apabila ada hal yang dipahami hanya petugas sebelumnya. Agar pelanggan tidak menunggu lama di lobby saat check out.

First staycation at a 2 star Papua hotel, city view hotel. Located near the airport and with a distance of approximately 1.5 km, it became a mainstay for me to stay because of the morning flight from Sorong. As a transit, waiting for tomorrow's flight, I can just enjoy the interior in the city view hotel. Very good service with a friendly officer and helped me overcome some difficulties. Maybe it needs improvement because noise from guest rooms can be heard into other rooms. The rest is very pleasant to be able to enjoy a staycation at a city view hotel.
