Strategic location, affordable price but facilities can be improved. Overall comfortable!

The staff was kind and friendly but the bathroom smelled really bad 😞

Suitable for short term because it is located close to the child's college so you can walk without public transportation.

no soap, no toilet paper, order 2 rooms for 1 room is still dirty there is cigarette ash and there is hair on the floor and on the sheets ask to be cleaned and cleaned replace the sheets and dripping water from the shower. This is what makes us most uncomfortable, for areas outside the room such as the lobby, in front of the room, the smell of cooking from non-halal Minahasa restaurants.

Room 501. The door was already unlocked when I reached my room the first time. The glass door to the small balcony was unlockable. The bathroom stank of ammonia stench (urine stench). When I reported this to the front desk, no effort was made to fix the issue. I decided not to stay the night and found another hotel nearby.

Many of the floor layers are damaged, the sink is not properly installed

The room is okay for that price. But the environment is very noisy and disturbing. Especially on weekends. The floor of the room is dirty and dusty. The cleanliness can be improved

This hotel has a cafe and restaurant. Its location is strategic.

The room is hot, the AC doesn't work at all. I can't sleep. There is no heater to make coffee, even though the application says there is a heater to make coffee/tea.

Sorry! The mattress has mites causing styes in the eyes and itchy red rashes on the thighs, there are dirty stains on the pillowcase, the bathroom smells really bad, there is no trash can in the room, the AC is broken. Room 504, 507 then moved to 509 but the toilet still smells. And finally asked for a refund to move hotels

Everything is good, only 1 thing makes it uncomfortable, the room's AC is not cold 😢 I forgot exactly which room it is, but it's the one after the elevator, then turn left right next to the stairs

a fairly comfortable hotel with an affordable price range, just needs to be fixed on some of the furniture, it will definitely be really cool ☺️👏 the check in accent is also easy, arrived at 11 pm but the staff were still there so the process was fast hehee

Maybe the room facilities are lacking. Like there are no toiletries, even though we usually forget to bring them or don't bring them.

Only this room I think is worth the price of the room. The room is small, but it is quite suitable for the relatively cheap price. The condition of the bed and bathroom is okay. There was no problem at all when staying in this room

In my opinion, this room was made at the last minute. So, previously, this room seemed not to be made for a bedroom. It's a separate room, unlike the others. The bedroom and bathroom are placed opposite each other. On the positive side, the bedroom is quite spacious.

Pros of staying here: strategic location, no need to be confused about finding food/drinks because the hotel restaurant is ready 24 hours, besides that there are also many culinary places around, the receptionist is friendly & responsive. Cons of staying here: the door of the room I got was broken & cracked, the bed sheets were already hairy, lots of small ants came to the food on the table (so I couldn't eat anymore), the tap water in the sink was not repaired but only nailed, no amenities (but I can understand this because the room price is cheap), the elevator buttons are no longer usable, and the staff who repaired the door showed their annoyance (towards fellow staff) in front of the guests (which I think is unethical). Hopefully these shortcomings can be evaluated and fixed.

The check-in process was not long. The accommodation is good and well-maintained, although not 100 percent, but basic functions such as air conditioning, hot water, shower are all still operating. When checking out, I left my bag at the receptionist because I wanted to go out for a while and was served well.

The staff are all friendly but the room is not very clean (the bathroom though)

Just arrived, the bathroom smells of urine. The mattress has lots of stains, and many more. If the price was 100-200k I wouldn't complain.
