The room has cockroaches, is dark and not well ventilated. The receptionist does not help guests when they bring their luggage, just sits there playing on the phone.

I love the place, the room is big enough for us, and close by everything we need, Big supermarket Lotus, 7-11 just in the corner, OnNut BTS station only 3-5 minutes walk, easy to get everything we need. And we can get the local food with affordable price at Lotus food court. The staff at the hotel understand English. So good for us to communicate and friendly. But the food for breakfast is just OK, not to many choices so I didn't take my last breakfast. Not recommend it to take breakfast in there. The ac is old So the sound is little bit noisy, but it ' s OK. I recommend the place to stay when you need everything close by. I will be back to the hotel for my next trip for sure ☺.

This is my second time staying at QIU, the bed is big so we can sleep comfortably. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean, everything works fine, the air conditioner is very cold. Not far from BTS station onnut so it's easy to go anywhere. Behind the hotel there is the On Nuch market and Big C supermarket, in front of the BTS station there are Lotus and Century. I didn't take breakfast because I woke up late. All the staff are very friendly, I will come back again ♡.

Everything else is as good as ever. But the night that I went to sleep was very unlucky. There was a fight at 2am. And the room is not that good soundproofing, very loud, can't sleep, fortunately, that day, tonsillitis does not have energy to complain. Otherwise, they'll get up and come together to fight and destroy the hotel.
